Starbucks is good in general but this place was very quick and spot on with the orders we placed.
30 minutes in the drive thru- we do understand that people are short staffed. We wouldn’t have minded the 30 minutes IF we didn’t have a toddler who is potty training that needed to use the restroom. We took her inside and they told us the bathroom was closed to the public. Even after explaining it was a toddler, they didn’t care. Told us to walk next door to tacos for life where we weren’t even customers at. Why after all these months is the bathroom still closed to the public? Where do your employees use the restroom? It still has to be cleaned. Unacceptable!!
Ok, sorry for this long review. But it’s worth it. I came to Starbucks this morning to try them out. My sisters gets drinks here all the time. I tend to just make my own pot of plain coffee. In a rush this morning, I forgot to make my own. Decided to try this Starbucks out. I was greeted by a LOVELY soul of a woman who HOOKED ME UP. Let me tell you.. this beautiful person asked me what I liked flavor wise, any food allergies, and if I needed a wake up. SHE DELIVERED. Concocting the most amazing drink I have ever tasted. I did not catch her name, but she has bright red hair. She absolutely ROCKED. She deserves a raise/promotion. This first experience was the best I have ever had and I do plan on coming back because of her. 10/10 RECOMMEND
Great drinks but this place is very hard to get into. The drive thru is slower than a snail. Friendly service.
Who doesn't love Starbies....Yesterday, I ordered a caramel mach through the drive through. My cup was ALL sticky and it was luke warm at best...Overall, it was just "ok" for me and always has been. I have never been that over the top about their coffee's so I wasn't expecting anything fantastic....I didn't get it either! It was over priced and over rated same as the last time I went...
