Very long story short- we waited 20+ minutes for-3 drinks & a order of cold, hard cheddar peppers. I gave 2 stars because the drinks were made well other than the fact they were running down the side of every cup.I understand being short staffed, but the staff was rude. The worst Sonic experience ever!

Horrible experience. Took 10 minutes for 4 drinks that wern’t even right. I ordered a lemon fruit slush and got strawberry. How does that happen? I didn’t bother complaining because it would take another 10 to get it out.

The people here are so rude. These people need to learn some matters and be polite.Plus the car hop tried to take off with my change.Wont be coming back to this Sonic.

They was fast, and friendly. The place was clean. When you placed your order, they could hear you, and you could hear them. Hot food was fresh, and hot. The drinks was good and cold on the hot day. They fixed my Cherry Dr. Pepper just right, didn't have to call back in,like I have had to at other Sonics, they got it right the first time. Rated 10 Super Gold Stars

Placed my order 2 times, was not repeated or on the screen right either time. After about 2 minutes they finally put the proper drink (only) on the screen right... Instead of replacing my whole order again I just said yes to the drink. My screen kept showing all kinds of orders that weren't mine... didn't even get a straw for my drink

Pull into a stall and menu board was not working. Luckly one was open and moved to another one and that menu board was black screen.You could still press button and order.Two drinks. So had to hand my bank card to the lady for her to go inside and run my card.I enjoy going to Sonic very much.Maybe a better signing upfront to let you know this stall is closed. I understand things happen.

I went to the Sonic on Massard Avenue in Fort Smith on 6-9-22 around 6 p.m. I pulled into the last stall near the exit, but there was an “Out of Order” sign on it, and I had to back up and choose the second-to-last stall (Incidentally, multiple other cars pulled into this stall and angrily backed out again as I waited! In 10 minutes, I saw 4 cars pull into this lane and then leave again. Some just left the restaurant.) The monitor in my stall was broken. I could hear the girl (barely) on the speaker, but I couldn’t see anything on the monitor. I tried to pay using my debit card as the girl in the speaker told me I could do, but apparently it didn’t “take.” It is possible that it was waiting for instructions like entering a PIN. I had no cash, so I had to resort to giving the car hop my debit card, which made me uncomfortable. She brought it back and I could “feel” the germs on it. Sonic owner/manager: Please keep up your equipment! UPDATE: Food was good!

Great place to get custom ice cold drinks, slushes, limeaides plus a huge selection of shakes. They also have great cheese burgers, chilli cheese dogs, and chilli cheese tots. Every day from 2-4 is happy hour 1/2 price drinks and tuesday nights is 1/2 price burgers.

I usually have a good experience here as far as the food and drinks go. Sometimes, you have to wait a little while, but the food and carhops are good. Can’t blame them for how busy this place always seems to be. I also like that they do not have a drive-thru. Sonic drive-thrus are ruining the classic drive-in feel of their brand (IMO). They give priority over the stalls, and that’s not fair to the people who park to enjoy the food.
