Went 30 minutes before close and ordered one drink. We sat there for ten minutes waiting and watching the associates just walk around looking at their phones. We tried pushing the button again and no one would respond. We then saw a guy lock the doors, guess they closed early? So we just ended up leaving as we were paying cash. I’m not one to leave reviews but this is just bad for business if they are doing this to others as well.
I sat in a stall and watched 2 other cars pull in after me into a stall and one person in drive thru that got order taken and none ever answered me. It was not until I was finally backing out that someone decided to answer. Service here is horrible! I love sonic but this one is not up to standards
Many of the stalls are not functioning. Consistently gets portions of my order wrong. I finally gave up and went to another fast food chain in order to get remaining meal items for my family.
Paid $5 for supersonic breakfast burrito..2inch burritto. How the f do u take 12in tortilla and turn it in to 2in 2 bite burrito. Change the name to Supersonic kids buritto.
This particular sonics just sucks, they need new management. The last 3 times I've gone there the food was terrible, the service time was terrible (no other cars parked and only 1 in the drive through.) I try to give places more than 1 or 2 bad days but this was 3 times in less a month. I love Sonics and will still go to the other locations.
20 minute wait for a large ice water, cup of ice, and a pretzel. No one manning the intercom and having an attitude when I ask if rhe intercom was broken. This is the 3rd time at this location, same issue.
This is my first review for a fast food place and I have lived in Fort Smith for years. If having awful service was a competition, this sonic would be undefeated. I made a order of two sandwiches, and only got one. I went back to the window and when I requested my other, it came not how I ordered it. So I opened the kitchen door and stuck my head in, told them the problem and went back to my car. Y'all.. I waited 15 MINUTES to get my other sandwich. Wanna know how I got it? I had to go INTO the kitchen a 2ND time and demand my food. It was sitting in a brown bag on the counter for who knows how long and I was completely forgotten about. If I could post with 0 stars I would. If you buy from this sonic and you get your food with zero issues, immediately go to your closest gas station and buy a lottery ticket because you are the luckiest person in Fort Smith.
Ordered a Rt. 44 sweet tea, and I dumped it out. Probably won’t go there again, not the first time this happened, but my tea tasted like old oil smells. GROSS!!!!
Worst sonic I’ve ever gone to, I tried eating here for lunch 5 days in a row cause it’s right by my work and ALL 5 TIMES my food was either missing some of the main items, was severely burnt like charcoal black, or was raw. Obviously these things where done on purpose how do you not notice bread that looks like asphalt..the cooks here are terrible and don’t care I wish I could give negative stars as I’ve wasted so much time and money going to this place. Take it from me if there is another sonic to go to even if it’s 2 states over it would be well worth it to go to that one rather than order the dirt that comes from this sonic.
Worse experience ever, my food was disgustingly burnt and inedible. Can’t believe they would allow such terrible cooks to work here. Never had such bad experiences from any other sonic, even the one on greenwood ave does 100X better than this one and the greenwood ave sonic is terrible so that’s saying something. This sonic definitely needs some employment change in the kitchen or I’ll never return. I hate that I have to give them 1 star just to leave a review cause they don’t even deserve the 1 star.
