Mold on burger bun. I called the store several times to let them know and nobody answered the phone. I then went back to the store to tell them. They took the burger without saying anything, came back to the window to ask what kind of burger it was. Handed me a new one and that was it. No apologies, or any other words. Trash service.
The service here is terrible. After waiting at the window for 10 minutes for a drink without anyone acknowledging I was there, someone opened the window, waved at someone driving by, and immediately shut the window again. I tried to hand him my card, but he just shut the window on me. Screw this place. They get your orders wrong and are rude as hell.
Love Sonic always but when my friend tried to let them know one of there intercoms wasn't working she was treated to very rude answer. She was just trying to help.
Best sonic in town!!!!!!!! Best dang onion rings out of sonics ...bet that ! I'll be Eaton here till I can't anymore at my age who knows lol if u don't try there rings your missing out ! Not to mention the burgers (OMG ) HOT AND JUCIEY YUM YUM for real if I could give a ten star I damn aur would great job y'all
so i ordered a drinked it it took them 30 + mins to bring it out and when they got out there they person. that handed me my drink didn’t put the lid on tight and when i grab it spilled all over and my white shorts! and when they gave me my mozzarella sticks it was cold same for the fries
Wayyyyy to expensive anymore and they gave me the blast way before the food so I sat in the car pulled up to the front waiting on food with melting ice cream that was not for me yet for someone else. Food is getting less and yet more expensive everywhere not just here but dang not really worth the going out anymore.
Waited 10 minutes after pushing the red button to order 2 drinks. Left and went somewhere else where we were greeted promptly and served quickly by people that actually seemed to like their jobs. Not the first time in the past year, but quite likely will be my last
It's like any other sonic.Though this has some troubles, either the stalls are not working properly or they staffed so poorly they can't/won't respond. We waited at one stall for 5 minutes before moving to another and waited even longer.The person who took our order didn't listen and repeatedly interrupted us. Which led to our order being made incorrectly.Brightside, the lady who brought our food was polite, kind, helpful and honestly was just wonderful. I truly wish I could recall her name because any other service industry should snatch her up from this place.
Apparently I showed up on a severely understaffed day at this location. Sat 20 minutes waiting to have my order taken and left
Update after 1 year: I figured since it's been almost a year after I gave up the first time, I'd try again.They brought my an order after almost ten minutes. Not mine.Over five minutes later I finally got mine.The burger is made incorrectly, the tater tots are almost half filled with fries, and it's all cold so it's probably been sitting there the entire time.Update after 1.5 years: Jesus Christ. How is it STILL possible to mess up every order I've ever made here. (Not even exaggerating.)
