Food wasn’t good. Salad had wilted pieces. Ordered the new stuffed flounder. Wasn’t very good. Sauce on it was a watered down and lacked flavor. Only ate half of my “loaded” baked potato that I paid extra for. Had very little sour cream and no butter. Service was meh. She was nice but didn’t hardly ever check on us. The outside needs some paint touched up and the air smelled bad. The air smelled musty and dirty. Get rid of the carpet. I think it’s holding the smells of the food. Gross. I should have just eaten outside. Ticket was $57. Definitely NOT worth the price.
Dined in on 7/14/22 around 3pm. Greeter at desk was snarky. Waiter was fantastic!Restaurant has become a bit shabby looking. Bathrooms smelled and definitely needed attention.Food was ok.
I visited this location while passing through the city. The food was good not great. The ranch tasted like vinegar and it was a little hot in the building. However our waitress was amazing. She kept our glasses full and she checked on us often.
Food was excellent and service excellent. Pick your feast for $19.99 makes a nice meal.. Thank you for the Teacher recognition discount.

My visit to Red Lobster Fort Smith Arkansas March 22 at 1:30 pm Worse visit to any Red Lobster. They may have been 4 tables with customers but the service was as if it was rush hour lunch or dinner. 1st there was the burnt stomped on Brussel Sprouts. I love Brussel sprouts so I ordered them for the 2$ add. I never imagined they would be cooked to nothingness? Each burnt brussel sprout looked as if it was stomped flat. There was no moisture or anything there to chew? Then the 1st bite of flounder had a rock or bone in the breading? Two 1/2 once strips of flounder and I get something Rock hard? I thought they'd forgotten the flounder then I found the tiny fillers? I commercial fished for flounder. Never would I have guessed Red Lobster would serve so small a portion. The meal was a complete let down so I ordered a margarita on the rocks? It tasted like dirty feet smells if thats possible? There was 1/2 inch of white debris in the bottom that I was scared to drink. At the slowest I've seen any Red Lobster they completely failed on my meal. Maybe that's why the entire Red Lobster was vacant?

It had been a while since eating here because the last meal I had here wasn’t great. Decided to give it another shot, but today’s lunch was even worse than the last time here. Our bill, before tip, was right at $100. We ordered Admirals Feast, crab legs, another shrimp/fish meal that I’m not sure of the name, one cocktail, and 2 waters. Salads & biscuits were fine, as usual. Crab legs were tiny, watery, and extra fishy smelling. Everything else was okay. Not bad, but far from great. We came here for crab legs, though, and those were a huge disappointment. For good crab legs, I completely feel like it would be worth the money, but with everything being “just okay”, the food just isn’t in line with the prices.
Expensive, but very good food, and excellent service.
