We ordered the Californian and BAT hoping to be amazed but we were underwhelmed by both. I'm not sure if someone skipped a step but the beautifully prepared quesadillas were so bland. The most flavorful items were the included salsa and sour cream.
had the BBQ chicken today while they were out at Belle Starr. legitimately the best quesadilla I've had. cilantro and onion was a great addition to the chicken. I'll definitely be visiting regularly.

They’re seriously all amazing! I had the BAT (bacon, avocado, turkey) on the low carb tortilla today & it was AMAZING! Will definitely be getting that one again! Thanks for opening such an awesome food truck!
