Ive never had a disappointing visit from this store. the Delivery drivers are very polite and I enjoy the food here

Our recent order was absolutely perfect & the staff at the Drive-Thru window was very friendly and efficient.

Consistently having their pizza oven running on a fast setting to push out pizzas more frequently and its not cooking the pizzas long enough because of so.Want to know what im talking about, simply order a cheese pizza and you will get not a crispy golden cooked pizza, more so a white mush that not yet cooked, disgusting.That goes for every single one of their pizzas too, but the easiest to tell without having to bite into a raw pizza is a cheese.

Great hot pizza and rose the manager is the best!! She always takes care of us and has a great attitude.

The crust was perfect and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. It was truly the best pizza I've had in a while.

Never received my food. Tracker page finally refreshed and told me my store was closed for me to schedule a delivery. Waited all night ended up not having supper.

It's fast enough. My pizza has always been hot. The only thing I didn't like was, for some reason, the driver never has change! I don't always have change. And I do tip according to fast prompt courteous service. But I don't like solicited tips.

I pickup their delicious alfredo often for lunch. Their employees are always so respectful, kind and friendly. They are short staffed, and I'm sure they've had issues with deliveries, but when you arrive, the employees break away from the madness to offer great service. As someone that is a Customer Experience Manager, it's a nice break from my desk to get to talk to such a nice group of people, even if it's just for a second.

I've had multiple poor experiences with this pizza hut. I understand being busy, or being short staffed every once in a while. But consistently every time we have ordered from them they have messed up our order in a major way. For example, changing dough type (say we order pan, we get hand tossed). We've ordered thin crust and gotten hand tossed. We've ordered large pizzas and gotten two medium pizzas with toppings we didn't request, or missing toppings we did request. I've never had a good experience with this place.We've also ordered before and waited multiple hours, and finally called and been told they weren't delivering. Which is understandable, but for all of these things- there should be a courtesy call. If you don't want this dough, call and ask "is hand-tossed okay?", if you don't have large pizzas then call and ask "are two medium pizzas okay". Or even, when they drop the pizza off letting us know, hey we changed the dough because we didn't have enough- but instead they send it, don't say anything, and hope no one asks any questions. Every time I've called confused they've been rude about it, while I totally understand having issues, being busy and short staffed, it's been over a year now and I've not had one good experience with them.I've tried to call ahead to check availability of their pan/thin-crust/large pizzas, and they won't answer their phone (no human voice after 20 minutes).The pizzas themselves are still cooked, and taste great, but my husband wouldn't order pizza at all if he knew it was hand-tossed. He finds it disgusting. I love pizza hut, and I'm sure this place is trying, but is having issues retaining good staff for (some) reason. That is their fault. I hope they can strive to do better.

I am not the first person the manager Rose has argued with... It's in the other reviews... ?? Rude staff that's full of excuses, and if your order is wrong and you call just to ask if they were out of what you ordered, and after getting a 'no', try to tell them to pay more attention, because some people don't want to pay for things they didn't even order to begin with, they'll act like it's not a big deal. "Over an icing cup?" No, it's not about that. Try to think beyond surface level, if possible. You got it wrong and need to pay attention. Yes, it ruined my whole meal, and I should not have to explain why. It was my money, my time spent waiting, my order that should have been correct TO BEGIN WITH. Do you understand that some people might feel differently than you do, over getting stuff they didn't want and still had to pay for? I wasn't requesting money back, more food, or anything other than for them to pay attention, and the manager Rose, got very rude because me getting something I didn't order, and paying for something I didn't want, wasn't important enough to her to just listen. All she wanted to do was talk over me, tell me they were the same price (Okay, but is it what I ordered? And if it's the same price, why was my online total, different than the total I paid?) and get hostile. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Sometimes, as a manager, you just need to LISTEN instead of thinking you know best. You obviously didn't, in this instance. Rude, rude, rude. Dominos' staff is much more polite. If you don't care about getting what you ordered, and don't care about paying for what you didn't order, then order from this poorly managed Pizza Hut. Wasted my time and money. Needs a better manager than Rose.
