Second time ordering. First time they missed the extra sauces I paid for. Had gone through the drive thru which is really nice to have, so didn't see till got home. This time, checked for sauces and top pizza, was really hot from oven (yay) but didn't check second pizza as too hot. I had ordered a thin and crispy for one of the pizzas but got regular which I don't like. It was not cooked enough and was floppy. Which is why I order the thin for me. Tasted ok but...would just like to have an order be right so can really enjoy it.
Pizza always ready at estimated pickup time, friendly and courteous staff!
The first time I want to pizza Hut I ordered online and for some reason they got my order wrong and that happened a few times and I don't know why and that Is the reason why I give this a 3 Star.
In my experience the pizzas are usually greasy, not so much this time. The new Spicy pizza is very good.

Thank you for sending me this survey so you may improve your service. I was not satisfied with the pizza. For a hand-tossed crust it was very thin. I ordered light sauce but there was virtually no sauce at all. The pineapple was also very scarce. I love cheese but there was so much that I could not taste the other ingredients. I would appreciate it if a manager would call me. Thank you again.
The pizza was ready about 2 minutes after I walked in (which was 5 minutes early)! We ordered a No Cheese pizza with pineapple and extra ham& sauce- and it was GREAT! Lots of toppings and crust was perfect ?
My last order was wrong and we had to wait on a pizza to be made and redelivered. The food was doughy and tasted like cardboard I literally wasted $50 on something that tasted like it came from the frozen food section. Please do better!
They showed up on time, pizza was super fresh. Order was correct. Pizza was delicious. Overall they nailed it
Ordered these tonight.. when I called the store the manager stated they cooked them from frozen and that’s why they turned out like you are seeing in the picture. She stated I’ll give you a credit for your next visit. I stated no I want a refund and she said you will to bring the food back and she hung up on me. I called the Pizza Hut on Zero Street and explained my experience and the manager at Zero stated what they did was wrong and they can refund my money. The Zero Street manager stayed on the phone with me when I went into the store to get a refund. The manager stated again I can not refund your money because you did not bring the entire order back. I said the pizza was fine but the cheese bread wasn’t. The zero street manager talked the Grand Ave manager through the refund process so I ended up getting a refund. I will never go back to that location ever again.. shout out to Rose at the Zero 271 location thank you for being so sweet and understanding
