Surprising the Epic pepperoni stuff crust only had pepperoni in the crust. It says its a one topping pizza and the pic shows pepperoni on top. My pizza was only cheese. How stingy can you be.

I was really disappointed in the pizza. I expected good quality pizza and was really disappointed in the quality and quantity of the toppings.
I would not recommend this place for big parties or board meetings. I ordered 11 pizzas for a work related event, paid for over the phone, and asked to have them delivered at a certain time. During that conversation with the employee I was hung up on after asking. The pizza was delivered not only 45 minutes early but with no sauces. When I called them back to tell them the pizza was delivered too early they said "sorry I was trying to please you" and hung up on me again. The level of professionalism and customer service courtesy is 0 to none. Although I understand the effort of delivering early, sometimes thats not always best. Number 1 priority of customer service is understanding your customer. The company I work for will not be ordering here again.
Order two pizzas was originally told 45 minutes an hour went by I called and asked about the pizza and they informed me it would be another 35 to 45 minutes unbelievable it takes 2 hours to get a pizza and it's still not here
Ordered online for delivery and gave this restaurant $40 that’s tip included for a disgusting and old looking pizza and burned wings. When I called to speak with manager (he) explained this is how the food always come prepared and I explained to him that he wasn’t being honest. I and I do mean I will not ever eat from another Papa Johns, we wasted money eating here. The crust, toppings and wings were truly a disgrace. When I asked to be contacted by superior person in charge no one ever reached back out to us:
Just order from here for the first time thru door dash and it was awful. The pizza was literally undercooked. The crust was raw in the middle, so much so it was impossible to eat. This was my first impression and I am not likely to return at all.
My food took over an hr and the driver put in the wrong address!!! Pisssssssedddd
Placed an order online and got the "It's on the way" text about a half hour later. An hour later with still nothing, I noticed a refund to my card without any indication that my order was cancelled.
I always have my food delivered and they forget something every time. Recently they tried giving me someone else's order. I'm not ordering from here anymore.
