This location was on point when I visited! Being short staffed you could tell the servers were feelin it but with the service we received it was hard to tell! The food was excellent and i mean you can't leave without having atleast one Bloomin Blonde beer which is always great!
If you go to the Outback Steakhouse, say hello to Wally. The food was great, and the service was excellent because of our server. Wally was there when we needed him, but not so much that he was obnoxiously so. I just found out he has a band called Wally West and the Wrongfully Accused who will be playing at Choctaw Casino. We both ordered Cobb salad and there was no boiled eggs in either salad and I ordered a Fosters and was told all they had were oil cans, I said that would be fine and when it arrived it was really warm? Very disappointed and since we hadn’t been in a while we won’t be going back anytime soon!!! I will say our waitress Kayla was great and seemed to be the only wait staff working and not on their phone!!
It was absolutely amazing! Our waitress Therena was so nice and helpful. And i love her eye shadow! Food was amazing!

I had a very bad experience on the last time I went to this establishment. I decided instead of giving a bad review to email customer service. The manager that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Or so I thought. He told me he would be mailing me a $50 tuckaway card to remedy my experience. I thought that would be great so I could give them another chance without taking a chance on wasting my money again. Well I did receive 3 tuckaway cards, two $20 off and one $10 off. I had no idea that you can't use them all on one transaction. So I would have to use them on THREE different visits. This makes them useless to me. Not to mention that it doesn't state that on the cards. If I hadn't called prior to driving over an hour to the location, I would have found out at the restaurant. The service that caused all this was horrible, the food was cold, and it was a complete waste of my money and time. I would not tell anyone to come to this location in Fort Smith, AR to eat. Very very disappointing.
We had a great server. The appetizer was great fresh and hot We had the shrooms. Decent house salad. Our food was good and the portions to.
We eat at the Fort Smith, AR a lot. Today, we did not tell our server, Addison, we were there to eat for our birthday lunch. Yes, both of us. Addison didn’t know it, but she made our day! I watched her off and on during eating, and she had a huge smile on her face, engaged with her customers, listened to them, and they all loved her - including us! She was among the most courteous waiter/waitresses we have ever met. She was prompt in everything from our order to finish. The food was delicious as well. So, Addison, I know you don’t remember people, because you meet so many, and that’s just fine! You made our birthday lunches very special. What an awesome waitress! Thank you!
Placed an order late at night before closing was a large order, didn't realize they do not accept checks, thought I was going to have to cancel the order but the manager William came over and talked to me. He was very professional and very kind and understanding!He took care of everything for me and it made my week! If you are looking for great food, excellent service and a place where they truly care about the customers I highly recommend outback Fort Smith! William make sure you are taken care of and feel appreciated! Thank you for your kindness!
