Was completely ignored for several minutes while at the counter with an employee less than a foot in front of me. No one even lifted their heads to say hold on, or any acknowledgment whatsoever. There was one table in the entire restaurant with customers. I understand having an off day or being busy, but it’s common courtesy to atleast look at a customer, especially when a family of three is standing right in your face. Disappointing, this was one of my favorite places. Even my child was confused as to why no one could even acknowledge us.
Always good food and friendly staff.Just had a get-together of 11 and everyone had a great meal and experience. Would definitely recommend checking them out.Tell the cooks Steven and Donavan I said hello ✌️??
Restaurant was clean, server's we're nice but took awhile to take our drink order then took a long time to take our order. Both myself and husband ordered cheese burgers and fries. The fries were excellent, but our burgers where very over done very dry. But the pie was extremely good. Might return not sure.
Their dining service is very nice and the younger ladies there are always so sweet, but the call in service is TERRIBLE. mostly always rude on the phone and when you walk in they'll just stand there next to the cash register talking while you wait right in front of them. they also tend to forget things in the order.
Good down-home cookin’ comes in man-sized servings! No one’s leaving Miss Anna’s hungry, that’s for sure! The food is delicious but relatively light on seasoning (good for folks watching their sodium and cholesterol); Miss Anna’s pies, however, are a delight unparalleled (my mouth waters at just the thought of a slice of Cherry Crisp Pie)- and there are SO MANY KINDS to choose from! Plus, the staff is fun and friendly and eager to please! You really can’t go wrong stopping for a bite at Miss Anna’s On Towson!
My plate was heaping with food and I ate every bite! The pie I took home was just as delicious. Just might have found my new favorite restaurant ?
Best chicken fried steak in Fort Smith Arkansas. Great service. Great food. Can get pretty packed at breakfast and lunch times, but worth the wait if you're able
I ordered a #2 for 12dollars that came with 3 sides and a roll. Everything was delicious, tasted homemade and truly the at home diner feel that made me a little nostalgic.
Miss Anna's is a wonderful place to dine all times of the day an for that sweat tooth the banana pudding cupYummy
Mediocre breakfast. Maybe lunch is a better time to eat here, but we weren’t impressed with their breakfast at all.
