The closet McDonalds, but definitely not the best. Long waits and orders are frequently wrong.
Every time I go there they always take the other persons order first like just a minute ago I pulled up and the someone else did after me and they took his order and then someone else pulled up and they took her order and then they took mine and I was the first one there it happens every time
I was okay was exhausted obviously undermanned.. it's because bums don't want to work anymore even though companies like McDonald's over pay them
The service was good. But I am very disappointed. I always get the caramel frappe with extra caramel. But yesterday they told me they they weren't allowed to add extra caramel. Not even if I paid for it.. This is about the only thing I ever buy and I usually get 2 of them when I do.. But they are not as good without the extra caramel. But service is good. I want my extra caramel back.?
Food was cooked right. People were friendly. The 11.99 family deal was a good bargain.

Hit or miss depending on the crew. Could be fresh, hot and done right...or cold garbage.
McDonald's I've eaten at all of them in fort Smith this McDonald's is by far the cleanest friendliest more up-to-date store than I have seen in a long time their evening team is a little bit slow and probably need to get it together as far as getting your order right but the food is darn good the bathrooms are clean which is important to me and I had a good mctime eating there the dining room is open clean and covid conscious
Customer service was terrible. The crew was rude, seemed put out, food was sloppy and cold, didn't say thank you and not deserving of their jobs.
I have to get my burgers without buns for health reasons and this place always does it right. The drive thru is fast and a friendly staff
