I asked for my coffee to be made a weird way and Amber was so accommodating, she said she’d even make it herself so it was done correctly!I did NOT like, however, that she was yelled at by a superior I’m assuming for making it instead of helping the one customer at the register that was there for like 5 seconds. Need to work on management’s communication at this location!

Everytime I order a hot and spicy mchicken they give me a regular mchicken patty which isn't near as good I'm tired of it about to stop eating here

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible restaurant condition. Screwed up many orders while sitting there dining in. Would suggest going to Braums instead. Better food and experience for your money

Couldn't even place my order because the person on the headset was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers. After repeating myself multiple times and finally asking if I needed to pull around with no response, I chose to leave.

I received half my order. Told the woman that handed me the food. Was asked for my receipt. Gave her my receipt. Lady disappeared and a Mgr shows up and tells me to pull up at 3rd window and my food will be handed to me there. I waited 17min and 34 sec for my food at the 3rd window. And I had to call the mcds number to ask if they forgot about me. Yes they did. Waited even longer at that point my food was cold. No straw for my drink. No syrup. No butter. No cutlery. No jam. And forgot my hashbrown as well as giving my receipt back. FOOD BEYOND COLD!! I am disafuckingpointed. Mgr supposed to call me back. Have yet to receive that call.

DO BETTTER even McDonald’s on Grand Ave is better. Gave me a dried out mcchicken so upset ?

A lot of discrimination in the work environment and unprofessionalism. Everybody screams at each other and you have grown people throwing tantrums. Food is always excellent but you have a lot of people who work there that do not follow food safety procedures. I think I even caught Covid there.

DOUBLE CHARGED AND EMBARRASSED! by the GM Heather Went here this morning for my daily breakfast. When I got to the window they said my order had already been paid for. We wondered together how it was showing paid. The drive through lady called for assistance to where the manager Heather came up in a rush. She pushed a couple buttons and said we will just rering the order. She redid the order and said my total was $8.74 which was incorrect from the previous total. At this point I remembered that I recently linked my card to the app and maybe it just automatically charges even if you don't order off the app. I asked the manager if this was a possibility, she did not know. I opened my bank account and saw that they did already charge me for the first correct order and a second charge for the order the manager entered. Showing the transactions from my bank to the manager I advised that they had charged me for both the initial correct order and second incorrect one that she put in. AND THIS IS WHERE IT BEGINS. Heather snaps back, well we didn't charge you for the second one, to which i respond, ma'am its right here on my bank info. She hatefully argues with me for a while telling me I need to wait a couple days and then call her. It seemed to me that she was putting the burden on me for her mistake but either way i agreed and moved to the second window. When I arrived at the second window the worker handed me the food for the incorrect order that she tried to tell me she didn't process. I advised that was incorrect and told her what i had, she responded, oh i have that one here too. I asked her to call Heather up as they had now obviously rang in both orders. Heather walks to the window and screams at me " at this point what do you want! You are holding up the rest of the orders and I need you out of here". You could see the rest of the crew cringing as she yells out the window, further embarrassing me to the public. I replied, no ma'am, you are holding up the progress by triple charging me to my face and telling me it didn't happen. She screams WHATEVER, walks off and brings back cash. The second charge was $8.74, she comes back and screams again here's $8.75, I hope you're happy and stomps off! Again you could see the other workers cringing at the behavior. I asked the polite drive through lady what the manager's name was to which she told me Heather and she is the GM. Flabbergasted and embarrassed, I drove away. Worse part was my sandwich when I got to work was burnt :(

Just like most places these days. Can't get an order right to save their life but cry for more money. Try doing your job correctly and serving edible food FIRST. Make your meals at home people. Its not worth the headache. Do it yourself so it's done RIGHT.
