The food was over priced for the quality. Size went down prices went up and they have the nerve to charge 55 cents for sauces.
Extremely unfriendly employees, at least today.Had two orders. One person ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and did not receive that, just a regular. And I personally asked for sauce with my order, and they literally ignored me, didn't ask again, and did not place anything in the bag.They have been having issues like this for the past few weeks, it sucks.
Today service was the slowest ever . Over 10 minutes after getting to pickup window. For 2 hamburgers 2 frys and 2 drinks.That's after waiting over 8 minutes from the time I placed order.
This is one of the best McDonald's that we have in Fort smith. They have wonderful people fast serving times in the pretty people that work there make it even all more enjoyable to go
Poor service all the time and getting orders wrong every single time we go there and the people there are rude and don't listen to customers orders. They need to teach there employees to learn how to listen better
I usually will wait until I have something positive to say before I’ll leave a bad review, so I’ve come back to this with props, this place is very high volume and the line is so long but they keep everything in order fairly well and since Covid, all the eateries around Fort Smith are mostly all pretty clean, and cleaned regularly. I appreciate that.

We decided to pick this Grand Ave location because the one on Kelley Hwy messes up on our orders like 95% of the time. Very disappointed with this location too. Forgot my drink. So I had to ask for it. Got home and they didn’t give us any of our fries! And no juice for the happy meal. And these workers crying about getting raises but they work like they’re only worth $1 an hour.
Can't wait to start work here Tuesday it's going to be great all the employees so forth have been generous and kind and also been a frequent customer here for a number of years I have to say they've always been like that and I've always made sure everybody gets exactly what they ask for although if you're looking for ice cream go to a different McDonald's the machine is always broken
