Friendly staff, we had to wait 30 minutes for a party of 5 on a Monday night, maybe it was just due to staffing because all the tables were not full. I had the 8oz sirloin, which was a bit burnt in spots, but cooked as requested (medium) with asparagus. Most of our steaks were cooked properly, but one in our party had some challenges getting his medium-rare steak, had to send it back and it was still wrong, but he ate it anyway. Overall good experience for a decently-priced steakhouse in Fort Smith.
Great place to eat. Usually great service too. Steaks are seasoned properly and cooked to order. Mac n cheese,fire roasted corn ,sweet potatoes, they are all good. The one server we had last time was really slow. She only had 2 tables but couldn't keep up with either one.
Probably one of the best steaks in town. Just above Texas Roadhouse, but also a bit more pricey. Great food, and the current staff is great. I recommend the fire cracker chicken wraps as an appetizer. My wife and I generally come here for lunch, and they are never busy in the middle of the day. Expect to pay a little more here then some other places. We spend about $60-$70 per visit for the both of us.
Food was great, mostly. My mother and I weren't thrilled with the bread, but we were hungry, so we ate it! Taste was fine, we just prefer softer bread. Mom got a Crispy Chicken Salad and she enjoyed it. It was large, so she ended up taking a lot home. I had steak, corn on the cob, and mashed potatoes, all very good. Service was prompt and very friendly!
Lance I think his name was.. was very nice and met all our needs! We had quite a few people with us and he always made sure to make sure everyone had anything we needed and our glasses were ALWAYS full! He was also very good with the kids in our party tonight. VERY happy with his service!
I had a fantastic experience at Longhorn today. It was the first time I had ever ate at the restaurant and I couldn’t give it higher ratings! Christian was our server and he went above and beyond. The food was 10/10. The service was 10/10. Added bonus is it was super clean and the food came out super fast. My favorite thing we ordered was the Wild West Shrimp appetizer. Wow. So so good! Moderately spicy and super flavorful! This was definitely a 5 star experience all around.
Got on wait list only took 14 minutes and we were seated. Even busy we experienced the best service. Food was brought to table in a timely manner and very delicious. Candace our server was very polite and treated us as if we were her only table. She was extremely busy with several tables of large groups, but showed a high level of professionalism. Delicious food, great service, and beautiful atmosphere makes Longhorn our new favorite.
Fantastic service and food. We came here for Easter and I believe Brittany was our server, she was very nice and attentive. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were so creamy and buttery- best I’ve ever had. The ambience is really nice here and it’s a lovely, clean location.
As a ravenous carnivore I love my steaks. We ordered the 20 ounce t-bone, and it quite literally melted in your mouth. The flavor was buttery, savory, nirvana. I have to say this was one of the best steaks I've ever had the pleasure of eating. This may be the steak I measure all others against. An absolute must try. Bon appetite!!!p
Took myself out to dinner after an exhausting week. I was seated quickly and handed a menu, but barely had time to peruse it before they wanted me to order. I ordered the Renegade Sirloin 8oz, but it looked like i shrank a lot during cooking. I asked for Medium, but would up with something that didn't appear much beyond Rare. I received my order quickly, then my server disappeared...until it was time to pay, of course. I wasn't even given a chance to order dessert...my bill was just tossed at me. Sine no one came to collect my payment, I opted for their on-line payment app. BIG MISTAKE! iI, of course, didn't get a final receipt at he store, but had it e-mailed. where it appears they automatically added a 25 percent gratuity to my bill. , which I didn't discover until I returned home. I guess that's what I get for dining alone: rushed, ignored, and gipped.
