The food was great and the staff was very friendly. The building itself need improvement. Idk y they won’t spend a little to upgrade the place. But overall a great time.
I come here off and on, they tend to have really nice employees. Food is always good and made fast. Those hushpuppies, always stuff me too quickly unfortunately.
I used to eat at LJS years ago until the quality of food continued going down..so I decided to try again...it was worse than ever..greasy doesn't begin to describe the quality...fish filets were less than half the thickness they used to be..same for the chicken planks..hushpuppys and slaw were descent..won't be going back ever...
I went to long John silver's on Towson they forgot my coleslaw and their new coconut popcorn shrimp on the platter it's not worth the money went back and manager would not take care of it it's also over cooked I'm one not to complain but this is ridiculous I wish I could post a pic of it
LJS is really near and dear to my heart. I live in NWA and they don’t have LJS. Every time I’m here, I always have to make a stop! Please never close, this place is gold!
The service was good the food was good. But I can tell that it's time to change the grease they used to cook the food with. But on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a strong seven I don't really have any complaints
There wasn't anyone in the dining area. Kinda creepy. The wait staff was great at their job.
The food was good. The place needs some maintenance. Some tables still had the sticker to maintain 6ft distance so sitting is limited and also some booths are broken. FYI sauces like tartar and coctail are not available to grab, we had to ask for those.
Over all great experience. Food was made to order meaning it was hot & fresh not stale & reheated. Staff were all friendly & warm. Seemed to really enjoy being there. If every location was ran this way I feel there would be a few less shut down locations across the U.S. Only complaint but not really a complaint I guess, is that I could have sworn meals came w/a drink included & not added on as a separate charge. But then again it's been at least 6ish years since I've last visited a LJS due to disgusting food & even worse staff. I gave this location a try b/c ive heard of there great staff & food just like the old days. & boy were the locals of Fort Smith right about that, took me right back to childhood when my parents would go all the time when payday came around?
Food is good as usual. The woman working the window was really busting her tail. Her co-workers however kept not helping her without complaining or having to be asked multiple times.
