I asked them to do part cash part card payment and they charged it all to my card. Now there's not enough on my card to pay a bill cause it's a direct express card. I asked them to do it that way for a reason and they chose to do it how they wanted
So disappointing ordered on lunch said be ready in 15 which is about as long for me to drive there...so watching my app when I pulled in it was being boxed up...Woo-hoo fresh and hot... NOT...Luke warm and room temperature...

I went here on 7-11-22 it was hard to hear the girl on the speaker, she didn't give me a chance to give my order then I had to repeat it 5 times, I get up to the window and had to repeat it again 2 more times. I pay and was goin to park and wait for my order and seen they charged me for a pizza I never ordered. So I walk up to the window both the girl at the speaker and the one at thdrive thru met me. I told them what my issue was the speaker girl started yelling at me, then said I agreed to the extra pizza which I didn't! I finally told them I wanted my money back and left. They were very rude , unprofessional and there was no reason for it. I won't be going back!
My daughter and I loved eating outside on the tables they have. We really enjoyed. The prices are very reasonable.
It was okay, we ordered online on the app. The food wasn't as fresh as it could've been, we actually threw the pizzas in the oven at home. Same with the wings. The ICB was was a total fail, which sucks because it's usually my favorite. It's cheap though ?
Very Rude... witnessed a manager calling another customer names...And then employee at drive thru window was very rude then when pizza got brought out we asked about marinara they got an attitude and started arguing and cussing at us worst experience I have ever had......
Customer service is nonexistent!!!Got a pizza that had the cheese stuck to the top of the box &ordered deep dish and got home to find regular crust in a deep dish box. No one EVER answers the phone!!!!
Customer service was terrible, if I could give this zero Stars I wouldn't even do that. Negative stars are more appropriate.
This place is a JOKE !! No grated cheese or peppers for pizza , the staff is NOT FRIENDLY , and the wait for 3 REGULAR STYLE PIZZA ( PEPPERONI) WAS LIKE #) MIN. IN YOUR CAR !! I DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME !
