I cannot believe how insane the food was! Every.Single.Plate … perfect. Beautiful. Delicious. I could not believe every plate that came past us was truly perfect! Perfectly cooked eggs, pancake dishes that looked like something off the cooking network. A chef in there who has pride! I wish I had pictures!!! Although the floors were wet/dirty and the bathroom was dirty, the dining area and the food was spot on. Our server was one of the kindest and most genuine. We just wanted the owner to know they deserve to be valued. Customer service, her personality, her attitude.. her smile. If you see this, we were the Mom, daughter, granddaughter who sat close to the kitchen who almost ordered off the senior menu yesterday around 12 that you served. We just want to say to our server and the cook.. Thank you for such great service. I hope you are as appreciated by them as you were us. ❤️PS - we were almost served the wrong food (the eggs were different) and I would have gladly just accepted the switch. I could go on and on. This IHOP beats the brakes off of IHOPs everywhere. #Raise!the!bar! Thanks again! Truly.

For me and my two kids it was $49 and we waited 40 minutes just for them to take our order I do not plan on going back!!! My disabled son kept asking the waitress questions like any normal kids would do then she ignored him for a good 30 seconds then said what in a serious tone, I gave her a look and she said sorry hard of hearing well it was a lie because I was telling my toddler little jokes (not out loud) and as she was cleaning the table next to us she laughed a few times, and i ordered a cupcake pancake and got a smiley face one. Oh and they said that they're no longer allowed crayolas with the kids menu. The food was absolutely not worth $49.

The greeter/manager here at the store the day we visited had a bit of a attitude problem with all the guests arriving. Server on the other hand was great. Ordered blueberry pancakes ,omelet with cheese and mushrooms. Pancakes were great as always here, with fresh blueberrys on top . IHOP always serves a big omelet and its always good. And coffee to finish, great as well. Only giving 3 stars because of the manager treating customers badly, will visit again and re-asess the star rating.

Went around 9PM on May 9th. Was seated a couple minutes after we walked in and then sat in a booth for an hour before I was greeted. In that full hour, multiple waitresses walked by, people walked in and out of the kitchen, a guy in a button up shirt walked around and stared at the lobby every couple of minutes (maybe a manager?) then would walk back into the kitchen, and 2 kids, who I’d assume were one of the staffs children, proceeded to dance and scream around the lobby and in the kitchen. When we were helped, whoever sat us, didn’t seat us in anybody's section which is why we weren’t taken care of. Why would you seat somebody, walk off, and proceed to make awkward eye contact for the next hour? We ordered drinks (just a milkshake and a juice) and that took another 20 minutes because the waitresses were too busy having a conversation and dancing with the 2 kids to make them. When the food came out, it was cold. There was no condiments on any of the tables and a server never swung back by to see if everything was okay with our food. Ordered my bacon extra crispy and it came out raw and limp… Was told they could only put it in the microwave… Seriously? This place definitely needs a reevaluation on its staff, food, and management. Have no idea how this place is still open because it definitely shouldn’t be.

Visited this Ihop today, the server charged my CC $35.12, one person meal. She mixed my ticket ip with the couple behind me. My meal was $8.94, never received an apology at all from her. She did apolapologize to the couple that she mixed ip the tickets. My spouse is an OTR truck driver, that money is used by him also. With the prices of gas and stuff going up, oney gets tight at times. This should have never happened, it was been reported to IHOP corporate.

#1, prices are ridiculously high. #2, you don't get what you pay for. It's going to end up a place of the past. Use to be a decent breakfast joint, unfortunately not any more. But, that's my opinion, check it for yourself. Be sure and take plenty of money, your gonna need it. Thank you.

I had the Chicken and waffles only difference is I went for a blueberry waffle and dipped my chicken in the pancake syrup. ? Off the charts! Sweet and salt umami. It was great. Even though they were busy, it was quick, accurate service!

First time there in a long while and it was very good and the omelet was great. My mother's day breakfast from my daughter and we all enjoyed it. The waitress was very sweet and it was very busy that morning.

Horrible experience. Can’t even get anyone on the phone. The people inside will literally stare at you stand there and not help you. When you are helped it’s with the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life! Will NOT be back to fort smith IHOP. 0/10 recommend.

Terrible service with fat Mexican manager who is horrible to waitresses. Hair is always in the food and it taste bad. Can’t wait for it to get shutdown.
