We love this restaurant! The food is ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS delicious ? Because of rising costs, the new owners have had to raise the prices a tad bit. We ordered our food based on the old prices. When it came time to square up, we didn't have enough money. The owner took what we had which was $15-20 short. They're always friendly and patient. CanNOT recommend more. We don't go anywhere else for Chinese!

We arrived around 7:30 for sit-down dining. The lady who immerged from the back acted put-out that we were eating inside the restaurant rather than just taking our food and leaving. She proceeded to flit around chewing her food and wiping her nose with a tissue. GROSS! We received no help choosing our entrees. She got my order wrong. She also sat at a table near ours ... face timing someone and literally SMACKING her food! We all looked at each other grossed out. The food, other than the egg rolls, sucked. We will NEVER go back! What a waste of money.
Hongkong Restaurant in Ft.Smith AR, always is on my list of good quality restaurants when I am in the area. The food is great , I especially love the Orange Chicken, good size portions & reasonable prices. Very warm staff.
Excellent food excellent service I'm visiting a friend and am staying in Fort Smith. It was delicious. I found the place to be clean in appearance and well maintained. Just like everything else in this country right now the cost of food is going up but it is worth every penny I have nothing negative to say so get out there and enjoy some delicious Chinese food. Maybe you'll meet me because I do plan on eating there a few more times before leaving Fort Smith.
Ordered online for delivery stated the order would take about 50 minutes. After 75 minutes, call the restaurant only to have manager say the food has left the restaurant hot and in hot bags should arrive shortly. 90 minutes after placing the order I get a call from the driver stating they are here. I go to my door no one is there. Then a couple minutes later a car pulls into my driveway. Cleaning the driver asking what took so long? She gets nasty stating your food is hot next time pick it up yourself. Then she walks away isolate. The food is lukewarm. We ordered the general Tso chicken, the chicken was cold and lacked sauce - dryer- and had changed from bite size pieces to chicken tenders or finger size. Much too dry and less flavorful. Cheese wontons, fried rice and egg rolls all barely warm. Quality has degraded. Delivery fee and tip pre-calculated. It was not worth the charges.
Extremely nice, Delivered fast! Food was still steaming ♨️ hot. Only a five buck delivery charge. Egg fu young was awesome. Perfect sauce. Overall very happy I chose them for dinner this evening. ?
Second time in a row wrong order. My daughter is Vegan and ordered General Tso's Tofu and she received chicken which ended up with the cat
BUGS! It's very unfortunate because we've always liked to stop here every once In a while. Unfortunately just our last visit we encountered COCKROACHES at the returaunt and when we told the lady she brushed it off and pretended as if she didn't see them directly in front of her. We were aggravated by that, if course. It was just absolutely terrifyingly.
