I had to take it to just 1 star. This is the closest restaurant to my house. It is a real shame with the food being so good that the front of the house is so horrible. I walked in this morning and ordered a gravy and biscuit, a sausage biscuit and a med tea. What was I thinking?? I had to repeat my order 4 times. The young lady was pleasant but not capable. She handed me my sack and said just a sweet as you please " Have a nice day. "Points for the smile. But no drink no gravy and biscuit. When I asked her about the other food she gave me a blank stare. I had repeated the order to her 4 times.The manager came over to handle the issue. Asked me what I had ordered. I told her a gravy and biscuit, sausage biscuit and medium unsweetened tea. She quickly pointed the issue was the way I worded my order. I should have asked for a biscuit and gravy. She said ordering a gravy and biscuit confuses the employees. SO SAYING "GRAVY AND BISCUIT" MAKES THE EMPLOYEES UNABLE TO COMPREHEND ANYTHING ELSE. BLOWS A FUSE IN THEIR BRAINS AND THEY CANT UNDERSTAND THE REST OF MY ORDER???I firmly told the manager that I must be too stupid to order properly but the cashier was also to stupid to take the order correctly. I asked for my money back and went to McDonald's. Really guys. How totally unacceptable
This is the worst place to work ever. The employees treat certain younger employees like they are their personal slaves. They are rude and condescending. I would never recommend working here, it's no wonder they can't keep staff.
I don’t have time or gas to be wasting to be going to your store only to find out that it is closed, online it says that you open up at 5:30 AM on Saturday morning, when I get to the store they tell me they open up at 6 AM, which one is it?
Food is delicious but the food is a lil high for our budget don't get to eat here as often as we would like. The staff is always so friendly a d helpful.
I would have given it five stars because I love Hardee's but they got my daughter's order wrong after she repeated it to the girl three times. The girl that took our order, inside, wouldn't speak very loud and basically kept her mouth barely open when she spoke so it was hard to hear her. But food was great like always!
Absolutely no quality control. Burned biscuits in both the biscuits and gravy AND the Primal breakfast biscuit, which is highly overrated. Should have returned this order like I did the last time I ordered there. I'm done. How hard is it to tell when you've burned a biscuit???
The Drive through was a bit run down. The attendant was good though. Tried the new Primal promo. Ingredients were above average.
It was clean and fresh food i had the ham melt it was absolutely delicious. My husband and my daughter and I ate inside it was clean and small on the inside but it was just us eating inside.
Just absolutely awesome and there food is delicious. The best I've had in my life.
