Attended a swim meet in Ft. Smith this past weekend. We decided on pizza and then decided to give this place a try… this was some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. Coming from the Northeast where I was spoiled rotten with good pizza, it is hard to find good pizza in the Midwest. Gusano’s was awesome. The Chicago deep dish meat pie was great as was the traditional style cheese pizza for the kids. The price was high, but if I am ever in or near Ft. Smith again, I will be heading back to Gusano’s again.
Friendly staff, and great service. Big fan of the Chicago style pizza. The Spinach add grilled chicken is pretty awesome!
It was my first time to eat at Gusano's. Food was awesome! Service was friendly. You need at least a 45 minute to 1 hour lunch to order, get your food, and enjoy eating.
Get the Chicago style deep dish! You won't regret it. It's even better heated up! The Italian sub was great too. Very fast and friendly service.

It's been a while but it was pretty good. I didn't try the pizza I got the spaghetti and meatballs. And the meatballs were huge. But I enjoyed it.
The pizza, service, and atmosphere is awesome. Our server Nicky had a beautiful smile and was just all around awesome. We ordered a large hand tossed extravaganza pizza. The ? was hot and fresh. We will definitely be going back to Gusano's the next time we visit Fort Smith.:):):).
I didn't eat here but had a door dash order through them. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful. The food didn't take too long to make and smelled delicious. It is definitely on my list of places to try.
I love this place. The pizza is great and the sandwiches are incredible. Our server was very attentive and was very personable.
First time there was tonight, date night with my son. Just so happened to be in time for trivia and we had a blast! Food was on point, I had a salad. Service was attentive but not annoying.Will definitely be back.
