Have loved this place for the last 10+ years but, my final visit before I move out of state was very disappointing. Service was bad, usually it's fantastic. The burgers were super greasy, not usually that way. They were also smaller and pounded thinner than they used to be so they didn't hold together and prices went up. They charged me a $3 upcharge for a salad instead of fries and it was literally just some iceberg lettuce and a few tomato chunks. Not a salad and definitely not worth more than the fries they used to give. My wife got the fries and they were half or less the size they used to be. I don't know when they made the change but it has been recently because it was nothing like that just a few months back. As I said, very disappointing especially for my last outing there.

I have heard about this place, and have wanted to go here for a few years actually. Tonight we did. The food and service was excellent. We were pleased with the prices as well. I would call this a diner, and of course, it is not a real diner without homemade pie. They had it! Several varieties too. I did not try the pie, because I was too full. But, it looked amazing. The peanut butter pie was particularly tempting. If you like diner food I seriously doubt you would be disappointed here.
The cherry cheesecake was so good that I ate the whole slice by myself and almost smacked my man when he tried to take a bite, lol. Hands off my pie!The hamburger steak is also delicious. My ONLY complaint ever about George's is the lack of veggies on the menu, but the Loaded Baked Potato makes up for it every time.
We had burgers here recently. They come literally covered with fries, gobs of fries. The burgers were on the small side, but nicely done with good flavor. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Nice, casual atmosphere.
Excellent food with a Greek flair. Home fries come piled on the plate with awesome variety of burgers. Have Greek salads with feta cheese, & a pie display to treat yourself right!
Great place for a burger and fries. Abt 3 miles off of 540 in Fort Smith. Very friendly service good prices and a good variety of lunch food choices. Very tasty. They give you an amazing amount of fresh French fries.
Came up on this place by luck and we sure were happy. They had the best burger we have had in years. Wonderful homemade french fries! Very wonderful friendly atmosphere. We will for sure go back.
I did not think me ordering on Waitr would be such a big deal to you. I also didn’t expect you and another staff member to say, “that doesn’t make any sense.” First and only time eating here. Sorry, didn’t realize that was your personal money I was spending.
The coconut pie is to die for. Would definitely eat there again.
