Just tried their crawfish and catfish platter and I have to say that it's the best seafood I've had since leaving Florida. The crawfish were cooked in small popcorn shaped mouth bites tender and juicy under the crunch the catfish was cooked just like it should be with the cornmeal crust. Potato salad was different a little sweeter but really good. I don't know how they make their house sauce but they should bottle it and sell it!!!! The meal was really great everything cooked to juicy perfection I didn't even have to stop to get a drink of water. If your craving some good southern seafood this is the place to stop!!!

Amazing! Food & the people were so polite and amazing service! My favorite was the amazing samples! ??

Amazing Strawberry lemonade and banana pudding. The owner is so friendly and attentive to his customers, everyone has to come try. Unable to rate the seafood due to me being allergic, but my husband loved the crab boil and fish. Said it was amazing.

Amazing and friendly owner. The fish and crab boil is the best I’ve ever tasted.

Customer service? The best! Even let us sample something because we hadn’t tried it. Down to earth people who care about your taste buds! The best boil I’ve ever had!

We ordered the Hook'em boil, medium spicy. The food was so oily that we couldn't even hold on to it to peel off the shells. I expected a crab boil, not crab in oil. My husband liked their fried catfish last time, but the boils are definitely not what we expected or wanted. My poor stomach. ?

If your coming here make sure you have more time than normal to wait. We waited almost an hour for 2 pounds of shrimp and 2 pounds of crab legs. Ordered in front of folks and they got their food before me. And asked what the problem was and their response was “we are slow”. Bad service.

Great food, inconsistent hours. Would recommend calling ahead before you bother to show up. Get the crawfish basket.

Kenny wanted to write the review cause he was carried away with finding such good food close to his work...... WOW. Incredible and no comparison!!!!!!!!!!, is all that can be said about the food and the folks from Fresh Start Seafood! A couple weeks ago Kenny came home from work at ACME Janitor Supply and said "I stopped and met the folks at the new food trucks at So 29th and Zero today , nice people and looks like a good place for a quick bite to eat. Over the next two weeks he tried the fish, shrimp, and several sides All were well above expectations! Friday was a game changer stopping by Friday to get just a bite because we had dinner plans, he grabbed a bowl of gumbo and a corn muffin. he imediatly called me and said I'm bring you some gumbo home from the Fresh Start trailer it is fantastic. While he was there the "Boss Lady" Invited us to a boil Friday night...... To skip ahead he beat me home, and when I got there and tried the Gumbo he mentioned the Boil that night...... We canceled our dinner plans and headed for Fresh Start Seafood Discussing what was to come we were hopeful but not expecting what we got! upon arrival at their trailers there were a lot people there. and YES they can handle the crowds! very quick service and hot food! they brought us a salmon shrimp and crawfish dish, glazed over rice.... a fantastic sweet trio of flavor , very good ! Now to describe the boil. just imagine all these items, some new to us, cooked to perfection, were in this amazing container of food. Crab Legs topped the loafpan sized container, over new potatoes, sausage, crawfish, extra large, succulent shrimp, boiled eggs, lobster tail, and Kenny's new favorite turkey necks, they were fantastic!!!! Everything was seasoned to perfection full of flavor but not overspiced or too hot. Absolutely some of the "best we've ever had" was our take on the whole night. No dining room, just great people and THE BEST FOOD YOU EVER HAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kenny and Linda Shupert Winslow AR.

I just moved back to Arkansas after living 20 years in Louisiana. I was glad to stumble across this food truck, and they did not disappoint.
