They have excellent customer services ..Angelica is super friendly helps everyone out!! Food is great!! Burgers n fries are amazing!!! Shakes are sooooo good!! Place is super clean!! I would recommend this place to anybody!!!
Love this place! The first time my now husband and I came here I told him we were having a baby. We celebrated with extra pickles on my burger and the best custard in fort smith!
The food was just fine. the custard was lovely and thick, the fries were crisp and thin and salted just so, and the burgers came out as we ordered them. Only gripe is that the burgers came out paper thin, though they had a pleasant crust on them!
The milkshakes are very thick. The frys are always worth a stop. The hamburgers just can't be beat. The hot dogs are more of a sausage and upset my stomach so I took off a star. The atmosphere is bright and charming. It can be loud at times. The staff do a good job. I've never had a rude experience. My orders are always correct. This place could give lessons to the others.
I’ve been going here every now and then for about 3 years now and nothing but positive experience. I love the burgers and fries as they are the main reason for stopping by, the staff is always friendly when I’ve come by and treat you well here. The shakes are very good, and if there is an issue the manager Breanna helps to take care of the issue. I will be a customer for as long as I am able to eat here

I came to eat here and i brought my family and a bunch of friends and the inside of the place was extremely clean and when we had our orders taken the girl up front was super nice and friendly. she was quick to take our order and when we sat down our food came quick and it was fresh as heck!! great place to eat will for sure be coming back.
I travel to Fort Smith several times a month and I always enjoy eating at this location! The employees always make sure that I am completely happy with my service and the food is always fresh and hot! It's a clean friendly experience thank you for making your establishment so enjoyable!
This is the best fast food I’ve had the workers there were all so friendly! They make everyone seem like family.
This is a joke,even by fast food standards. Burgers or whatever they are were awful. Fried meat, cold, huge pickles. Fried were limp and cold. This place makes McDonald's seem like gourmet food. It is important to note we went to the Van Buren location, but can't imagine any other locations would be an improvement.
