Dunkin’s products themselves are great when made as ordered, but you’ll have to deal with this often unfriendly staff first. The workers here are rude and act put-out when they forget your order items and are called out about it. We have experienced this on three separate occasions.Wish there was another location in town so I could avoid this one.
Stopped in for drinks. The lady working the register was super busy between the counter and the drive-thru. She was friendly and helpful to my indecisive teenager and helped her choose a drink. There were only 2 employees so they were definitely rushing around. Cleanliness wasn’t 100% (table needed cleaning and a thorough sweep was needed) but these two ladies had been busy & multiple cars kept rolling into the drive-thru.
They've gone down hill!!! ~*Rotten milk smell and dead fly in drink*~Edit even though they went down hill I still kept going well im done like very done I won't ever go back, I was a loyal customer going almost everyday. They drive throughs rotten milk smell has gotten so bad I gag but this isn't the worst part! The worst part is a dead old fly was in my drink after gagging for a hour I called them still feeling sick they said the rotten milk smell is something they can't help I call bs on that they said a manager would call me in the morning but I never got that phone call.. Jim breaking up with you dunkin donuts you once good drinks started tasting like McDonald's coffee drinks so it's time to get yall go :(
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and 2 orders of hash browns, plus an ice caramel latte. I loved my drink, the croissant was ok, but really disliked the hash browns (they're usually my favorite) but I think it's because they have changed them. The service was quick and the staff friendly.
Awesome staff. Very friendly. Quick service. I love stopping at this location when i am in town. Its better than any of the lacations i have been to in my home state of California. Will be stopping by again when we come back through in July!
I visit Dunkin a lot and the only reason it lost a star is due to some inconsistencies on drinks. Besides this it is always a great place to get breakfast or a sweet dessert after lunch.
Ordered my usual through the app, large with cream and sweetener got a black coffee
Every!!!!! Dunkin’ Donuts run slow. They need to hire more people. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A have more customers and they run faster.
The prices at this Dunkin is higher than other locations, which is weird, but it’s the only one in town, so we pay it. Truth be told, starb*cks is overrated and basically trash. The bacon wake-up wrap is a good choice (wife).
This place sometimes..........I have given them a few opportunities only to be let down I have never visited a donut shop with no donuts. SMH.
