First time visiting with our 19 month old, and it was an outstanding experience. Greg and his team were kind, welcoming, and the food was great (our daughter actually chowed down). The store is very clean, and the games and facility were modern. We appreciated the extra security stamps to match the parent and child at the entrance and exit. We will be back to Fort Smith Chuck E Cheese!
Terrible. They took out the stage and puppets. Half of the games wouldn't work. Some of the games lasted like 5 seconds..or less. It just really wasn't fun at all. They also took out the whole play center. It's bad when your 3 year old doesn't even enjoy it. I got my money back for the salad bar because the lettuce was brown. I said something and they put more lettuce on top of the brown lettuce instead of dumping it out..but the new lettuce was also brown. Very sad and disappointed. The girl the register was nice though. Not her fault.
We are from out of town and this has got to be one of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese locations. Everything was clean and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. We had a great time.
It's been years since I came in CEC . And I can say alot has changed!! The playpass is the answer to a age old problem CEC has had in the past, cups of tokens, tickets everywhere.. now one card and done!! Thank you!! After being here for 2 hrs and as many kids was here I can't believe the place was as clean as it was. Their floor/ table cleaner was on top of it all the time we were there!. The floor from the front to the back where a birthday party was going on, there wasn't one piece of trash or food on the floor! The food wasn't bad at all!! My daughter wanted to play more than eat so she gives you top marks. CEC has definitely changed !! For the better!! We will be back!!!
Expensive yes, that's ok! The kids have fun! I've been here twice recently and they say that they are out of beer and the truck hasn't came yet! The exact same line both times!
Thank you Greg and Erica for helping us have a wonderful evening! It was very clean, and we frequently saw staff sanitizing machines and table areas. The pizza was one of the best we’ve had in awhile locally and the pizza cook was friendly. Our kids were grateful to the staff for assisting us in getting their hour of game play loaded, and the staff at the ticket counter with prizes was so patient and kind. Without a doubt the best Chuck E Cheese experience we’ve ever had!
The workers are always so nice and helpful. Cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to.
Haven't been there recently, but I spent many of my childhood birthdays here and have tons of fond memories. A great spot for toddler-early teenage kids to have fun!
Was taken off guard for a minute, until I stopped and thought about how amazing this location is! When we were exiting the building, the team member at the door checked our hands and did the most amazing thing I have been seen/heard….He asked our children if we were their parents! Before they could leave they had to answer yes or no! Something so small & could be irritating if your trying to rush out. However this could save your child’s life! Big props to the manager at this site! You are doing great things! As a mom it 3 I appreciate this more than words could ever say!
Our party planner, Emily I believe, was amazing!! It was everything we wanted & more! She was so sweet & on point. Makes me want to have every one of my son’s birthday parties there!
