Went to Chili's with a group of 18 ladies and the service was wonderful! Not a long wait for the food to come out or anything. Didn't have any problems!
Allen was such a natural with myself and other customers. He has that special uniqueness about. Awesome bartender, wait person and all around .
We went on Sunday after church and it was rather busy but our waitress was attentive and kept our glasses full. I got the 3deal special for $10.99. It includes drink, salad or chips & salsa, plus a choice of an entree. This is a good value for the money however my chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were bland. When we go back I will get the same deal but a different entree.
Clayton is BY FAR the BEST server I have had in a long time! We had a very large group of 14 people and he made sure everyone was taken care of and was on top of everything! We will be back ??
This location used to have excellent service. They had a server named Alyssa that was great. Alyssa is gone and there is only one server that does well. He works in the bar area. The rest of the servers are not good. On repeated visits, the servers take your order and never come by again. They have kitchen staff come out with your food and will not return for drink refills. I was a server while I went to college. I usually have a server's back 110%. The service at Chili's is unacceptable now. Wish they would fix that. We still enjoy the food though.
Great food...But had a bad waitress
Great meal at reasonable price. Was there at an off time so service was really quick. In and out before you know it.
Although Plenty of booths and tables available, our party of three was told there would be a 15 - 20 minute wait for to staff shortage. We could have at least been seated.
Not a great experience. Daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger, plain and dry. We got the burger and we cut into it to make sure it was done, and it was. But they put mustard on the bottom, and she absolutely won't eat it. We politely told the waitress and she took it back to be fixed.Minutes later it came back. They had just tried to wipe the mustard off with a napkin, and put a new bin on it. We knew because there was still mustard, and the meat was cut in half.Waitress was nice but the kitchen staff was ridiculous. We won't consider Chili's in the future.
They were busy but we still didn't have to wait that long. We had the 10.99 for drink entree salad or soup was very good. Their burgers are very big and tasty.
