Great customer service. The man taking our order in drive thru, with the accent, was just super funny and very helpful as it was my first time ever coming here. We ordered bacon, egg, and cheese muffins, and they were soft and delicious! My daughter loved the peach milkshake! Thanks for great customer service and positive teamwork!
I went with my grandma grandpa and little sister my grandpa got a saled and I can't remember what my grandma got but me and my sister got waffle fries and chicken nuggets and a ice cream she thought it was Good but I don't like it I mean it's alrg but I don't see what the big deal over chickfila is
I enjoy there food never an issue with the food but the outside line was kind of weied maybe just me but I ordered one kids meal for my granddaughter that's it and yet 4 cars behind me that had alot more was getting theirs as I waited. I didn't understand that
My wife loves Chick-Fil-A, as I’m sure most wives do, but they really need another location in Fort Smith. I know that they are very picky about adding them to locations with a certain amount of traffic, but the lines at this location are ridiculous. I’ve seen cars sitting in the middle of Rogers Ave, waiting at the light to be able to get in the lot. However, they are pretty good at keeping the line moving. It’s not like sitting at Taco Bell. They can’t handle 5 cars well, let alone 50.
My friend took me to Chick-fil-A restaurant with my friends last February and they were enjoying to eat something for it.
Ordered Chicken Sandwich, bun was so stale and tough could not eat It! What has happened to the fresh everything? That was the 3rd time we have had food that seemed to be nuked or sitting under a headlamp for awhile. Plus a mixed up order that took 21mins to get it fixed!!!
Friendly staff and fast service
Staff was great the young lady that took my order also saved me from a spider on my window. She fearlessly swept it away so i could roll my window down. Food was good except i tried the mac n chesse for the first time and was not a fan. Well be going back when the budget allows it.
Came in 4-31-22 the food quality has really went down in the last few months. my chicken strips seemed to be the throw away edge and the fries were just pieces that were left over in the bottom of the pan. Chick-fil-a has always been my favorite but looks like I'll be going to Canes from now on.
It's Chick-Fil-A, I don't need to tell you how good it is. The food is good, the employees are always friendly, and no matter how flooded the store is, it's always managed masterfully. However you prefer to get your food, you'll have a great experience. Their drive through is chaotic but runs like a well-oiled machine. The curbside (my personal favorite) is seamless and convenient. And it's a great place to eat inside with a great vibe. Like I said, It's Chick-Fil-A.
