Got off work and decided I'd stop and get some Burger King on my way home. I specifically ordered the southwest bacon king combo no cheese and a regular bacon king combo no cheese no mayo no mustard add bbq sauce. Pull up to the window, get my order, both sandwiches were wrong. My southwest king became a whopper junior and my bacon king had mustard. Go back to the window to let them know my sandwiches are wrong they reread the order and realize it's wrong. Proceed to inform us that they would have to restart the grill and that process takes 20 minutes cuz they don't have any extra meat left. So we wait for our sandwiches. It takes 40 minutes for him to bring it and he only brings one sandwich back. Needless to say I didn't get to try the new southwest bacon king and refuse to go back for to try again. If I could give zero stars this night crew deserved it.
Fast and friendly service. Food was fresh
It was a little slow, but they definitely get points for getting my order right
Best burger king in town! Great staff, super friendly.
If my mother in law is going to spend 50$ I think our order should have been right
Burger King is one of my most favorite fast food. I use my app, which isn't the greatest app but it doesn't stop me, lol. I don't normally go to this particular burger king but I was working close by. I went in to order while my wife used the restroom. I tried to substitute my fries for chicken fries on their 2 for$10. I was told I could not substitute. I used to manage a Burger King and aware of the rules. #1 customer is always right. And here's how. Never tell customer they can't substitute. Anything can be substituted although it may cost a little extra. That's totally understandable to pay extra to receive a little extra service and/or food. She was a bit rude or seemed irritated by my reguest. As we walked out without ordering someone from behind the counter was polite enough to tell us to have a good day. Got in the car ordered the exact same thing on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. I was gonna give one star but because someone made up for someone else's rudeness I gave three stars. Food was correct and great to add

I only gave this place one star because it wouldn't let me give it 0 stars The manager seemed like he was high on something ignored me when i tried to ask for ranch and to add a shake to my order and was told he was too busy and when I tried to tell him multiple times he just shut the window in my face this used to be a good place to eat
My recent visit here was very poor. Ordered my spouse and I meals for lunch. Was politely pulled up to wait on our food. Sadly the food received was horrible. Tried to eat it but when I bit into this I was done. Worst Bk experience I've ever had
Placed a online order thru app. When husband arrived he gave them order # only to be told they didn't have any order like that. He ended up ordering another $30 in breakfast food since we have a 2 yr old and another kid that is autistic and didn't think that I completed the order. When he got home $37 had been taken off my card. So we ended up ordering $67 for a fast food breakfast for 4. When called and spoke with manager they told me it was husband's fault that he didn't know if mine or his name even thou he gave them the order number. She would not refund the first order and was very rude when speaking with me. I have been a manager at fast food restaurants and NEVER would I tell my customer it was their fault.
