As with many of my reviews, I was on a long road trip from Denver, CO to Fort Smith AR. As per my usual I was in need of some regular eats, an ice cold beer and some TV's to stare into for a while. Again, per my usual I choose Buffalo Wild Wings. I must say this was a fantastic stop on my journey. To start with I was greeted my Izzy, my waitress a very nice young lady with a great and hospitable attitude. We chatted for a minute or two and she listened attentively as I spoke about my long day, and laughed even though my jokes aren't funny. After promptly getting me my water and beer she took my order. The food came shortly after, not 5-star cuisine but the bar food you would come to expect from this place. After eating my fill and wrapping up my second beer Izzy brought my check and I was on my way. The place was clean, friendly and everything I appreciate about Buffalo Wild Wings.I would like to take a quick sec to again thank Ms. Izzy for her great service and say that I really appreciated her especially after such a long trip.All-in-all you will not be let down by this place, that I can personally guarantee!
We’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings locations in several states over the years. This location in Ft Smith is by far the least consistent in service, time management, food preparation, etc. A couple of times, we’ve had a great experience here. But more often at this location, the service is dreadfully slow & mediocre, it takes around 45 minutes to get your meal when few customers are there, training seems lacking here, and sometimes the food is cooked as it should be & many times it’s under done, cold, or just not as ordered.
Wings were perfect Lemon Pepper was my favorite today ?
Each time we've gone, the service and food quality has been a disappointment. We nearly walked out today due to lack of service. We never had a waitress, had to reach out to the to-go worker to place an order, had cold food brought to the table, and then had to go back to the to-go worker just to get a check so we could leave. We only found out who our waitress was when she brought us our debit card back.
it was amazing the food is so good the service could use alittle more focus on task at hand other then that perfect!
Sat down around 1210 on 4/30, a waitress came up ( I don't know the name) and asked us for our drink order. Then she suddenly said, "Oh wait. You're not my table," then walks off. We wait another 15-20 minutes for our drinks after asking multiple passerbys for our waitress. A manager finally assigned someone else to our table, and she was very good. We waited a total of 40 minutes to get our food, and the manager did come out and give us free chips and salsa for the wait, but I don't think that was good enough. That manager brought one of those drinks to our table, practically tossing it to my 88-year-old grandpa. Don't punish the waitress who served us for this because she made sure we were taken care of once she was assigned to our table. It's the manager and the other waitress who really dropped the ball. Most of our food ended up getting luke-warm waiting to get to our table. This store really needs new leadership because they are dropping the ball. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it's definitely the last time I'll tolerate it.
So first we come in and wait 20 minutes to get our drink orders taken. We were in the bar area and our waiter was a pretty nice guy but never told us his name. We didn’t see him enough to get a good enough description on him but it was 4/3/22. He did come over and sincerely apologize for our terrible experience bc they’re short staffed and he was friendly the whole time. Short staffed, I get it. Our problem was it took over 30 minutes to get our cold fried pickles and then it took another hour to get our 6 piece boneless wings, fries and one regular burger. After sitting waiting on someone to come check on us for 30 minutes so we could ask them to atleast throw our food in the microwave we finally just asked for a check. I had to stop a lady who was very very rude. I asked her for a to-go Dr Pepper and a to-go box and she looked at my as if it’s not her job. She then rolled her eyes and stormed away. She came back with an even worse attitude, sat my cup down with an attitude and stormed away before we could hand her the card. She gave me soda water instead of Dr Pepper. Our waiter finally came by and he apologized again and was very nice. We did make sure he got a good tip as he was working really hard and trying to please his section full of people. Overall I do not recommend and will not be returning. As far as for our waiter, you did great and I feel like you should find a job with better management an coworkers as you could go far in the restaurant industry, you just need a better restaurant to be employed at all together.
Terrible service waited 20 minutes just for them to ask what we wanted to drink an hour for food waited another 20 for a ticket staff never even checked on us… terrible
Waited at the front for about 5 minutes and no one seated us. It really wasn't busy, only a few people in the dinning area. Wasn't sure if someone had to seat us so we sat ourselves down and then was asked to move. Which was fine. But there were dirty tables and the place just wasn't clean. Ended up leaving because we still couldn't get seated after another 5 minutes. Sad because it was my first experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
I’m not one to complain but me and my family, group of seven went on a Saturday night fairly busy but should have been handled OK. Just to the point ! I ordered unsweet tea I got sweet tea! Another family member ordered Pepsi received Diet Pepsi! Mom ordered sweet tea got unsweet, I ordered wings extra well done, received wings not well done! Our drinks were left empty for 30 minutes. Had to keep asking for our entire order sides should come with the meal not after the meal, the waitress acted like she didn’t want to be there,The service and food is bad.
