I love braums but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to... Went bcuz it was the first one seen off the highway during our road trip. After ordering the food I was told to pull to the end of the railing. Waited for about 6-10 min, honestly not bad at all. However my food was cold. I had no problem waiting I've just never in my life had to wait for cold food.
Went there this morning for breakfast. I got my coffee and sat and waited for the meal. During this time I could see some people going through the drive through to order. I sat and waited longer. I was almost done with my coffee when a lady called out my number. She said she was sorry for the wait. They had served every last drive through customer first (even those who showed up after me). I told the lady she was not sorry and the drive through times was where the bonus money is in the paycheck. The bonus is more important than the customer at this store. So. If you go inside to eat, you will wait a very long time for your order.
I love this place! I’ve been pleased with this location for several years now. I stop in at least once a week most weeks 4-5 days a week. The staff there put a smile on my face every time! The food is always good the drinks are $1 every day before 10:30 any size. I’d recommend the big country breakfast to anyone. inexpensive and a good meal. To the staff at this location I want y’all to know your awesome! And thank all of you very much. I appreciate y’all.
Malt shake was nothing more than powdered malt, milk, and chocolate syrup. Was interesting to watch it being made and more grotesque to try and drink (three sips and done ordeal). The sundae we ordered wasn't bad but following the rest of the family ordering I soon became concerned of the disgusting upkeep of the ice cream counter and even more so the two young men working the counter with: long hair, no hair nets, contaminated gloves (handled non-food items then directly handling toppings by hand), etc. We will not be back.
What has happened to Braums. Hamburgers were soggy French fries taste like they had been nuked in the microwave Coke tasted like it was watered down. Not one thing I ordered was worth eating or drinking
Best prices on Milk and the best tasting milk.. their food is really good also. Staff is fast and helpful
Braum's was a fabulous eating experience for me I had a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top first before I ate my number one meal in-house not to go. I love the ketchup experience at braum's as I can get as much as I need in a cup instead of not enough and a plastic pouch. The crinkle fries reminds me of orida and they're my favorite overall no complaints 100 plus score on experience and taste thank you Brahms for delicious lunch.
They were very prompt at the drive through and our ice cream was good. We did not eat a meal from this location, so I can't speak to their food prep. I would be willing to go back for food based on the limited experience we did have.
Ice cream by the cone, ice cream by the cup, ice cream by the bucket. Ice cream in a shake, ice cream in a banana split, ice cream in a sundae. That's what I like and that's what I bought. A large cherry amaretto shake. Consumed my delight as I drove down the interstate, thinking how lucky I was and how unfortunate all those other drivers were who didn't have presence of mind enough to stop at Braum's. 'Course if they had, the wait would have been too long and I'd have had to forego my ice cream pleasure. Guess it's a good thing for me everybody doesn't like Braum's as much as me.
