Arby's could be better located. Hard to get in and out because of the traffic.
Wasn't very busy inside at all. Got what I ordered. It was so pretty, too! Very rare in fast food
Would say 3.5 stars honestly. Went here twice in the last 2 weeks and the first time was delicious! Got the brisket sandwich and curly fries both times and the first time tasted like a gourmet, fresh sandwich. The second time everything was lukewarm and had been sitting there for a while.
Went to eat with my family.and no customer service experience at all food tasted fishy manager didn't seem to care chanlices very rude will not be back not happy
This place has the best food and the new girl working the front counter bless her heart she is trying so hard she has the biggest heart she made my visit there very welcoming. ❤️ I always get the cheddar melts when I go they're my favorite highly recommend it.
Horrible experience. Was parked and waited10 minutes for my food. I went inside to get my food to have the guy quickly pick up my bag and pretend to be bringing it to me. I asked to speak to the manager Kathy who let me know it was my fault I had to wait because of my order. I asked for my money back and she didn't know how to refund it to my card. Bad experience.
I will never eat at this Arby's again. Every time I go there I always order the same thing and every time I never get my French dip sauce. I just got my food and both mine and my husband was cold and nasty. Never again
Delicious Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich for lunch. Roast beef sliders for my granddaughter are always a hit too.
In my area this is my favorite Arby's. The staff are always friendly, especially when I have to do a special order for my husband. The restaurant is always clean. They fix the order in a timely manner.
Got ripped our last trip.New special Dip was supposed to have both Roast Beef and BRISCUIT.Ordered two... both were just the standard roast beef. Paid extra for new special. GOT RIPPEDRogers Ave store. Ft Smith, AR Won't return there after 20 years if loyalty.... they've really become poor service!
