Horrible experience. We were seated quickly and then waited a while for our waitress. And we continued waiting for our waitress - it took us about 10 minutes to get our food ordered and about 20 minutes (on a slow night) to get our food delivered to the table. We ordered riblets, a cheeseburger, and 3 cheese pasta. All the food was cold, the burger was served with an order of extra grease, and all the plates had hair on them. Our waitress vanished and I had to get the bartender to try and find our check so we could pay and leave. 10 minutes later, our waitress brought the check and disappeared again. My family and I don't plan on returning again.
I've not stepped into an Applebee's in over 12 years due to low quality food, and lacking service. The state I lived in had closed almost all of the locations.Going tonight, my meal was good, drinks strong, and our server Emanie was great. She took good care of us and was a very nice young lady.
Great waitress and staff. My 1 year old was having fun with all of the nice staff that came by. They accommodated us with anything we needed for her. I'd go again just for the staff
Had the Tex Mex shrimp bowl daughter had the broccoli Mac and cheese plus Bahamas mama's and ling island ice teas to drink. Always get a great meal and friendly service there!Dine in: Yes
I have to be honest, I’m not an Applebee’s person. This is the first time I’ve been to one in, at least, 15 years. I had the white queso and shared a brownie. It was ok. That’s the best I can say. If you’ve eaten at Applebee’s and you like it, you’ll probably enjoy it. The bartender, Dusty, was great. She is why I’m giving it 4 stars.
If you enjoy clogged arteries this place is the best! Burger was great except the abundance of grease dripping out of it. Onion rings were weirdly super dry, but greasy. My alcoholic beverage was sooo sweet I couldn't even drink it. Ribs were slathered in sauce because they were burnt and super dry. The kids had pasta and really enjoyed it. I guess it's hit or miss.
Me and my pregnant wife went for lunch, she took hers to go but I ate my meal in the restaurant. My ribs were dry and over cooked but at least edible. She took hers home to eat and every single piece of chicken was raw. We will never be back.
Sent the food back, wasn't cooked correctly and everything was tough and gross. Server was fantastic and very understanding. The problem isn't the food, it's the cooks, or rather the person who allows the food to come out in the state that it did. Regardless, they need to redo some things, I won't be coming back.
Our server Jaidyn was amazing. We sat for awhile talking and she was pleasant and attentive the whole experience. Definitely come back again. The food was, hot and amazing flavor.
The lady Workin the bar was awesome 5⭐s for her (only one Workin) Bar was only place available to sit for lunch bc every table available was dirty or taken. all the other servers were either on break or hiding in the kitchen the whole almost 2hrs we were there on Saturday.
