This place is has been around for a long time. This was my first visit and I hope I find more bands to go back and see.

My parents went there in the 30s and 40s, I went there in the 60s and 70s. My children went there in the 2000s. It has changed a lot it is a lot bigger and a lot louder, but it still there it’s still a fun place to go. A Fayetteville institution.

'She ain't fancy, but she gets the job done.' Is a phrase that describes George's. Very inexpensive night out and the varied talent offers up something for just about everybody. Great hospitality, reasonably close parking, very reasonably priced drinks. Wish I lived about 400 miles closer.

George's is always so much fun! They have good bands and two stages but somehow the music doesn't spill over. There is a good dance floor, two outside areas, and a too small bathroom.
