Arrived around 1:20 on a Saturday for lunch. There was a dine-in group of four and a to-go group of two in front of us. We placed our order and sat down with our table number. We waited over 20 minutes to receive our order. A group after us received their food prior to us. The fries and our chicken sandwich was hot. However, our two burgers were not. We had to take them up front to request fresh ones. The remakes were hot and fresh. It's just too bad it wasn't like that to start off with especially after the longer wait. The gal at the front register was polite. We just wish our group of three would have been able to eat hot food all at once and that there would have been more acknowledgement to us of the longer wait and cold food.
Made a Whataburger stop coming through Fayetteville to get our fix. Ordered ahead on the app and set a pickup time. Got there during lunch and had another 10 minutes to wait on our order.Order was correct and everything was hot. The extra wait was worth it.
My wife and I went inside this Whataburger to place an Order because there was a line in the drive-through. We waited about five minutes and nobody would come to the counter. Several employees passed by us and acted like we weren't even there. So we decided to go through the drive-through because that seemed to be the only way to get service at this place. We waited in line about five minutes to get to the intercom to place the order and were once again told to wait. We waited another two or three minutes and finally placed our order. It then took another 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window where food was delivered but only after another two or three minute wait. We went to Whataburger because we don't have a Whataburger in our town (Fort Smith, Arkansas) and this is the closest location to us. I thought the food was supposed to be good but I would rate it lower than McDonalds or Burger King. In all honesty, the opinion about food quality may be related to extremely poor customer service (in fact some of the worst customer service in any restaurant I have ever seen). This was a terrible experience and it was my last trip to any Whataburger. The employees at this Whataburger (and this was 7-1-22 around 8:00 pm) need some extreme training in customer service.
Been there a few times now, love their double and triple Whataburger with cheese! They are always super nice and greet me with a smile. The rewards app is helpful as well. Open 24 hours and the price isn’t too bad compared to the portions. You’ll definitely get full. Definitely recommend.
As always, the food was outstanding. The only issue was that my food was ready for over 10 minutes before anyone brought it to me. The kind lady who took my order keep noticing me waiting and apologizing. When she went to investigate she found my bag ready. No one had ever walked it to the front to give it to me.
I love Whataburger! When we go to NWA that's usually (there's a chicken sandwich place that's also my fav) my choice for fast food. Customer service is always friendly and professional. This time there was a little bit of a wait, but my food was hot and fresh.
The food was really good and the girl who took our order was very kind so for those two things, I would rate five stars. I bring it down to three only because the place was a mess. There was trash on the floors, trash cans were overflowing, the tables were not clean, and they were out of napkins.
From the time we pulled up to the time we left with our food took 32 minutes. It took 7 minutes from the time we paid to the time they handed us the bag of food. The fries were fresh but the burgers were room temperature. At least they tasted good?
I used to work here it is not a good environment to work they don’t respect each other or friendly like co worker like at all you need to be careful if you try to work there they need to be more helpful in team player witch some managers are not at all and rude I willNot go back to that restaurant to work and some orders will be lost. there System needs to be changed
The burger was OK but cool. Not cold but not ideal. Onion rings were so greasy the bottom of the container had brown fluid I was able to pour out. Ice was blue. Yes blue. It looked like someone put poweraid into the ice maker somehow. Staff was friendly and restaurant was acceptably clean. Would have been 4 stars if not for the other issues.
