This place has gone downhill since the manger kevin gwaltney left. He strived for excellence in his staff, customer service, quality of food, and dining experience. Our order was wrong for the last time and we’re finally saying enough is enough and will be taking our business elsewhere. Staff has been extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of attention to its customers or checking that orders are correct before being brought out or picked up. Beware wasabi isn’t what it used to be
I was the only person inside and I was sat directly under the air conditioner ? my super white tuna was yellow and the volcano roll I had tasted and smelled off. My salmon in my maki roll was mostly the tough part from close to the spine. It honestly all tasted off and what I got is what I normally order at Shoguns. Getting anyones attention was rough, so when I did I just asked for a box and the check. The to go box was a flimsy cardboard instead of the plastic ones that all the to go orders got so my food was crushed by the time I got home. It was honestly an unpleasant visit and the food was unpleasant as well.
The sushi was good and the yakiudon noodles was great!
We had a great experience at Wasabi. We had 3 different sushi rolls, edamame and teriyaki chicken. It was all very good. Service started a little unsure but she found her footing and in the end was great! I will definitely be back!
Good food and priced well. It was a crowded evening and table placement wasn’t ideal for our special occasion. Waitress could use additional training. She discouraged us from ordering rolls and entrees saying it was a lot of food. Didn’t offer desert so we asked.
Fantastic Sushi; good selection
The food was super yummy! I got.chicken fried rice since I wasn't super hungry at the time. 4 stars because it took 10 minutes and asking the bartender for a sprite in which she said no he needed to ask our server, which we did. And even after she was asked again it still took her almost until we got our food to get it. But it her than that, it was great.

Restaurant was understaffed. Food was cold. We didn’t even get part of our meal. Server said manager would discount it but he was making all the sushi orders. We got tired of waiting so we paid it as is. She removed edamame and salad charge due to everything being cold. Strong smell of cigarettes hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Just an overall negative (and not inexpensive) experience. Server was kind and apologetic. Wish we had gone on a different day… might have been better.
We shared the calamari appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and quality. Most fried calamari you get is heavy and greasy. This wasn't! We loved it.We ordered the lunch special bento boxes and had food enough to take home. The mixed drinks were reasonably priced and well made. We've been eyeing this place for a long time and I'm so glad we finally got to give it a try. We look forward to our next visit.
