Went in for my once a year free waffle. Of course as always I got eggs and grits as well everything was immaculate and wonderful thank you for a great lunch
Food was good. Server messed up every order and never offered any refills. She was not real pleasant to talk to.
Quite frankly, I'm not sure what to expect from a Waffle House as I've only been to one 1 time, but this is still worse than I expected. The prices were not as cheap as everyone makes Waffle House out to be. However, I did not get any food, so I don't know if it's worth it at all. My friends, however, did mention that their food was good, at least for Waffle House standards. My biggest complaint was how dirty the table was when we sat down. Otherwise, everything met my expectations.
It did take a minute for our order to be taken but it was busy so I don't blame anyone for that at all! I love waffle house and it's one of my favorite spots to eat at when I'm on this side of the country. There's not many in Oregon so I don't eat here often.
This place is absolute garbage. Got here at 11 on a sunday. Sat for 15 minutes with no drink order or food. Literally one table in the restaurant besides my boyfriend and 1. She was just talking. Asked her for 2 waters and she said, “one second hun” while continuing to do nothing and not even take 2 seconds to grab water. Worst service I’ve ever had.
Have been here a few times and the food is always really good and also at a good price. Can get a little busy in the morning so you might have to wait a little longer to get your coffee refilled sometimes. But overall a good place and would come back again.
Had a wonderful dinner here tonight and wanted to write a review to specifically brag on Gary. Gary was made our food quickly and it tasted amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and his kindness was definitely appreciated!
Roxie is an amazing manager at this location. We walked in and it was busy busy. She said the most amazing thing "How can I help you"... amazing you ask??... yes, it wasn't to me, but to an employee that you could tell was overwhelmed by the busy. She help him gather thoughts, he made a few requests and together they conquered a plan to make sure everyone in his section was taken care of. During the whole time we ate she helped each person, calm and confident they Roxie's crew could manage the busy lunch rush. I think a freight train could have can through and she would have maintained calm to serve... #AmazingService. The food you ask? Came out quickly and all was correct, and very good. #RoxieRocks
