I love US Pizza, It’s a great welcoming environment to go and enjoy a pizza with your friends. The waiters and waitresses make us feel super welcome! And don’t get me started on the cheese pizza?Can’t wait to go back!
Just had dinner here. Started out decent environment but the table was dirty, dishes that came out with appetizers were dirty with food stuck to them. Our pizza was made wrong and was dripping with grease. The crust tasted stale and no flavor in the toppings. Our waiter was rude and we had to constantly ask for refills. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our ticket. As our waiter was sitting at the bar chatting with his friends. I then had to go ask for a to go box after waiting an additional 20 minutes for him to come back. Mind you the restaurant was NOT busy at all maybe 5 tables filled. Then when we left the restaurant the waiter came outside asking why we left the tip amount we did? Are you serious! I have never had such a terrible experience in a restaurant ever. We will never return and I will be calling management in the morning.
Very disappointing. There were tons of servers walking around, but almost no service. Tables were open yet people were waiting 40 min for tables, and then people were showing up and immediately seated because the host lost track of the waitlist (his words). People at the bar told us to call in a to-go order if we wanted to get food before the concert.
DONT DO IT! keep going! We waited over an hour for a cheese pizza and had the worst service EVER! The staff didn’t care at all that the food that came out was burnt and that we sat for 25 mins after the other food was delivered waiting on our pizza. They just sat at the bar talking and eating which added fuel to the fire. We asked for the pizza twice and got no response! We love US Pizza in Little Rock and this place is not even close! Even the wings were burnt and crap! It was not busy either and I see why!
Best advice: wait a bit before trying to eat lunch here. They (like others) are having major staffing issues. If you are a small party - by yourself, or with one other person - prepare to be ignored. I had to walk up to the counter to get any attention from any staff - including my own server. Ordered the lunch special (small salad, followed by a small pizza), and after 15 minutes, walked to the counter to see if the salad would come earlier than the pizza and to actually get my beverage. Pretty good food, but just know it will be a bit of a chore in terms of service.
Placed a call in order for a salad and show up to get it 45 min later and it's still not ready. Took an additional 15 min after I got there to get it. I would understand for a large order but not for a simple salad. Would not visit again.
Horrible management unfortunately.The alfredo tastes worse than a tv dinner. It was lukewarm, watery, and definitely right out of a can. I brought it back in and got a refund before I even left the parking lot (it was that bad)The manager did refund me and was really nice, but that's the only good thing I can say about this experience.I saw all the bad reviews before I went but was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt :/
This place is not what it used to be. Poorly owned/managed, inconsistent pizza quality, dirty (it's gotten BAD). It's so sad to see owners let such legacy businesses slide downhill.
Rock hard crust - so hard that the pizza cutter couldn't cut the crust. Sawing through became my chore. No silverware for half of table and what silverware we had was dirty. Asked for pork sausage and received Italian sausage not once, not twice, but 3 times. Filthy restrooms with no soap. One ticket at table got comped and the rest of us still paid full price for a rock hard burnt Italian sausage pizza that we clearly didn't eat. I've gone here for years - trust me, it's disgusting now. Shame on the management and ownership for letting it get to this point. The workers are trying their hardest but it's evident they do not have support from the top. It's time for managers and owners to take responsibility and stop blaming complete organizational failure on employees.
I grew up going to the Maumelle location, love the food. Need to start coming more often.EDIT: I'm not sure what's happened to this location, but the attention to detail has gone way down. I recently ordered a "large" ceasar salad, a large supreme salad, and a large pepperoni pizza, with extra ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The ceasar was easily half the size it usually is, the supreme had hardly any turkey and NO bacon, they forgot the buffalo sauce, and the ceasar dressing!! What's a ceasar salad without ceasar dressing?! They were also loaded with rotten lettuce, I couldn't believe it. This isn't the first time I've had extra sauces i ordered left out, but the quality of the food is where I draw a line. The pizza was fine, but I've always come for the salads, and sadly I think this is my last time to visit this location.
