This place is actually really good. The only thing is you guys are changing your staff up a lot please be mindful about the quality of people you bring on. At this day and age we really need to keep the good vibe going so please don't bring the negative people in cuz they ruin everything. So I'm still going to give it a four stars love it still
The last 4 times I’ve been here the chicken in my meal has been severely undercooked and almost inedible. Despite this, I think the smoothies are great but I just wish the food matched it, think I now have food poisoning from my visit a day ago.
I have ordered here before using doordash and had no problems. But this time, my smoothie arrived with no straw and completely melted. Not satisfied. If you want a cold, thick, fresh smoothie, just go into the store yourself ?

Good location as far as Tropical Smoothie Cafes go. I got my usual, the chia banana boost with peanut butter. It was great!
