Online shows they are open on Sundays till 9pm. I called at 8:20pm to order a single pizza and was told they were closed. I told the guy online shows they are open till 9 and he says they have been closed for an hour and a half because it was slow.I was close by so I drove by the place and all the lights were on including the sign in the front window and a guy was kneadingdough. I went inside and the guy asked if I was eating in, I said yes or I could get it to go too. Then he says they are closed. I told him he needs to shut the lights off and lock the door so they look closed. This is really shady business practices for a small pizza place that obviously doesn't need much customer business.dough. The main door was unlocked so I went in and the guy asked if I was wanting to eat inside. I said I could or to go would be ok too. Then he said they were closed. I told him he needs to shut off the lights and lock the door so it looks like they are really coised. What a shady way to run a small business.
Great pizza in the heart of the Fayetteville town square. I used to eat there in college in the 89s and was so happy to find that decades later it is still delicious. GreT pizza- yummy crust. Try the shrimp salad with the house ranch.
Fantastic pizza with a cozy environment. The meat pizza is my favorite and is always good. They have creamy Italian salad dressing and is one of my favorite salad dressings. A fayetteville must try location
Over the last few months the service at Tim’s has been terrible. We have gone back believing it was a one time thing but it doesn’t seem to be getting better. At this point we are done. Yet again we experienced slow service. Our order was wrong. The table next to us did not get the right order. Our server took our order and that was it. We had to ask another server for our check and a box. There are several good pizza joints in NWA so there is no reason for us to continue to try Tim’s when the service is so bad.
Yeahhh… okay here we go.I called at 12:30 PM to ask if I could order 5 pizzas to be ready at 6:15 PM. I wanted to give them ample time and not overwhelm them because I know many places are short staffed right now. The first red flag ? came when the guy I spoke to told me there is not a menu posted online (idk if that’s true or not) and he seemed annoyed when I asked him what their speciality pizzas are. Fast forward to 6:15 on the dot. I walk in all chipper because it’s MY BIRTHDAY and the person at the desk literally says “yeah, they aren’t ready yet and we don’t know when they will be ready.” I’m sorry, what? Then they stared at me for like a solid 30 seconds until I said…”well I still need them, I have 15 people I’m feeding in 15 mins.” And then I had to ask if I could go ahead and pay. Over $100 for just 5 pizzas, by the way. Maybe that’s normal pricing but it seems a little steep for mediocre pizza. A guy came in and was super hot because he also was waiting and honestly, he did not help the situation, BUT they told him that 2 ovens were out. Okay, that’s awful and I hate that for them, but why did they not tell me or any other people with big orders? I think I probably waited for like 20-25 minutes and there were people waiting to be seated for longer. I know restaurants are struggling right now, but the customer service was not kind and it was just an awful experience. I had tried to go here once before and they weren’t nice either and it was so packed we left. Also, I ordered 5 ranches, assuming I probably paid for them and of course, no ranch. I know this place has been around awhile and I hope things improve for them because YIKES.
We have not been back here since coming in for pizza and witnessing a server stumbling around openly drunk and being hostile to the guests and her coworkers. It was a sad and uncomfortable experience…that we paid hard-earned money for. I hope she got the help she clearly needed.
Service, quality, price: 5/5! With a classy interior and incredibly friendly staff (ask for Britney!), the pizza and sandwiches are a delight to find on the square! With convenient, free parking, make this a downtown stop for your pizza needs!
Had a meathead pizza. Large is 15 inches 10 / slices. Pizza quality is above average. They make it very light on sauce which I prefer, but some may not. Waitress was very nice. Prices are good, too, honestly. Overall, I give it an A or 5/5.
Honestly this review is entirely based on our waitress Anastasia. The pizza was amazing as always but Anastasia did two things took our order and brought our check. I got my own cheese and peppers, another waiter got us waters, and that waiter checked if I wanted refills. The ranch I requested with the meal when brought out was a extremely small amount for the entire table. She never checked if the table was ok not once. I am extremely disappointed in how the meal turned out to be quite frank.
1970s vibe. Wood paneling, old posters, imitation wood grain tables.Cheap tasty beer they brew themselves. $3 draft or can.Pizza has an old pizza hut feel and is good.Located on downtown square.Free wifi from the city
