I've been here a fair number of times, Bartender and a few servers are always great and doing the best they can do. The owner/management however really know how to make the customer feel uncomfortable. Would not come here if you want a dine in experience that lasts less than hour, understaffed 9/10 times and the management team gives you dirty looks and makes you feel like you're in the wrong for staying any longer than such. Manager is also consistently yelling at employees which then causes customers to not get served in a timely manner. Would NOT recommend coming here, food is okay but the experience is awkward and uncomfortable. The bar staff really makes you feel welcome and invites customers in the building and encourages them to stay. However the frequent glares from the kitchen door and bickering from owner to employees is off-putting enough to where I will not return here. Poor business model/management with a great location and opportunity. Real shame.
The best Thai food in Fayetteville in my opinion. Bartender always has great service and never lets a drink go empty! Not a 5 because when close time comes, it’s time to go home. All in all a great place for a good time!
I had the Seafood Thai spice stir fry curry (#32 on their menu) and it was terrific. This was a suggestion made by the server and it did not disappoint. Service was great and the restaurant is clean and spacious.
Delicious and excellent service. Everything was so good and came out really quick too. I love that you can customize the spice levels, for those who like mild or really spicy foods. There's also a lot to choose from, crispy noodles are what I got and they're to die for.
I’ve been here several times and never had a problem. Last night, however, I had a major problem. My wife is gluten intolerant and asked for her food gluten free. They brought a plate out, I double checked with the waiter to make sure it was gluten free, he confirmed that it was. 5 minutes later, another plate left the kitchen carried by another waiter. He brought it over and told us it was the gluten free one. My wife had been eating a plate with gluten for 5 minutes.Just to be clear, this means she’ll be sick for several days. That started today. Headaches, brain fog, pretty out of it. For several days. This is why I double checked with the first waiter. It’s bad. What’s worse is Thai Spice’s response. They seemed not to care. They replaced her plate with the right one but didn’t ask if she was okay, didn’t see what they could do, didn’t investigate to see why this happened, didn’t discount the food, and just acted like nothing had happened.I paid $40 for my wife to get sick for several days. I would not recommend that experience to you. We will be going elsewhere for Thai food from now on.
Friendly and prompt service even though we arrived shortly before closing on a Wednesday. The pad kee mao had a variety of fresh, crisp veggies and tasted great — the portion was very large, and I enjoyed the leftovers for a full-sized lunch the next day. The vegetarian spring rolls were crunchy and delicious. Would happily eat here again.
I come here quite a bit for pickup and have dined in a few times too. Normally decent service, im also a waitress so i understand their are mistakes. The food is good. The staff is borderline decent. But I continued to give chances when i shouldn’t have. Very disappointed tonight. I called at 8:07. She said it would be 20-25 minutes. 8:30-8:40 rolls around. (Thats extra time) send my boyfriend to pick up the food. He calls me, no food. They lost our ticket but were apparently making it @ 8:50. Which means they werent even going to make it had he not showed up. got our money back, we’ll take it elsewhere.
Really bad service. I mean... it took 30 minutes for the server to come by and take our order, then it came out incorrect but she was nowhere to be found for another 45 minutes. Pretty much the entire waitstaff had just disappeared. She finally appeared again to ask if we needed our check, but then never brought it to us. It's a shame because the food here is great, but I don't think I'll go back unless it's for a to-go order.
I go here at LEAST once a week. Usually more. The best Thai food in NWA. The food is truly outstanding and I have never ordered something I don’t like. Specific things I’d recommend: the pork summer rolls or the steamed pot stickers for appetizer, the yellow curry is great if you like curry, and my favorite noodle dishes are the chicken lo mein, the chicken pad Thai, the pad see ew, and the drunken noodles! 10/10 recommend.
Love it here! The best Thai food it’s a must go! And love that the food is not per cooked. The waitress and waiters are the best and greet you with the biggest smile! Most definitely coming back!
