Worst night we had so far with this taco bell. I got crunchy taco supremes, no tomatoes, hardly any meat, but definitely had lettuce on it. My husband got the cravings box and they barely gave him any cheese for his nachos, the chicken taco barely had anything on it, it was more tortilla than anything. His burrito hardly had anything in it. $19 for basic nothing. I rather drive to the wedington location than go back to MLK
Food was hot and there was plenty of it. I had no complaints. Service was relatively quick. Employees were polite and friendly.

They messed up an order that consisted of a burrito and one drink after tossing a bag at me for my dine-in order. There was also an employee that took food from a to-go order before sealing it, and then ate the food item. Disgusting.
It usually takes 15 minutes at least to go through this particular drive thru. Tonight, I didn't even get that opportunity. Although the hours clearly state it closes at 4 am, they put a bucket in front of my car at 3 am. I guess they were tired of dealing with drunks but, I was completely sober and had just gotten off work.
Ordered 4 Quesoritos, 2 regular, 2 without a few toppings. so of course I got 4 regular. I ordered through the app so like it was right there, no misheard whatever. frustrating tbh
97% of the time, after checking my bag, there's always something missing. Sometimes they are nice about it, sometimes I get looked at like I'm stealing... For $2 worth of food. But, mostly nice, quick, and food is exactly what I want when I get the craving
Our initial review of this place was great, the midnight crew was awesome! Today, not so much. The drive-through worker was rude to us after we tried to place an online order, and then didn’t give us what we ordered. They didn’t include half of my online order or the sauce we ordered and paid for. Literally worst experience we’ve had.
The girl working in the drive-thru was super sweet. Even though she was wearing a mask, she looked to be smiling (which is not very common these days) Thank you Makaylah for the pleasant experience
One star is not low enough. This is just one of the MANY things I've experienced at this location. It's honestly the worst location I've ever been to. It would do us all a favor to shut the doors for good. Unfortunately it's the only one on doordash. I've given them multiple chances and it only gets worse. Tonight we ordered three burritos, a Chipotle melt, and a chicken quesadilla. This picture is the "melt". I asked for no jalapeño sauce on the quesadilla which I didn't get so now I have to order something else for my daughter to eat. I paid for nacho cheese on one burrito which I didn't get - not to mention it was just as empty as the melt. I will never go back again. I'm not sure if it's the management or what, but they need to take lessons from the Joyce Blvd location. I really hope someone in charge will read this and get the store under control.
