I was asking the employee about how ordering online worked and what was the special and 3 x she said you just have to look! She had nothing to give me. I did order because I love Subway and it's a good price too! I paid regular price. My friend even commented in the car how rude we felt treated..
We went into this store usually satisfied but Elena didn’t cut the bread right at ALL. the thinest top there was. all of the veggies were slimey and brown, her attitude was so rude and judgmental, she was so rude to the lady working with her. my bf and i usually go at night, but it shouldn’t matter what time the customer service should be good always.
The ladies get an attitude when I request my sandwich made a certain way. The new cookies weren't made. I love Subway so I think I'll go down the road further to the next one. Thanks
Fast workers great quality food
....Now I did order using the app at 8:27 and they close at 9 so I can be understanding....but still can't follow instructions at all charged me for things I did not receive. If I order extra cheese...THEN ADD IT TO THE SANDWICH!! And if I asked for it to be toasted then guess what TOAST THE SANDWICH.....entire sandwich was cold sloppily made didn't even add the dang sauce smh just terrible. Only getting two stars because I ordered so late...But you deserve a 1.
Ordered on App, requesting whole grain bread and sliced avocado. That's what shows on my receipt. Got home from pick up to find flatbread and guacamole instead. :-(
