It's ok. They Sandwich artists aren't properly properly trained they each just do other own thing. I worked at Subway when I was in my 20s and was taught by corporate and they do the exact opposite here. Still they were very friendly and the food was good. Mostly the three stars is Subway should not be as expensive as it is. I had a sub, chips and a drink and it cost me over $18. That is just ridiculous..
There was only one person working the counter and she was obviously stressed and overworked but that was no excuse to be rude to customers. Definitely won't be returning.
Most all of the workers there are great, the bosses need to give them more help

Closing at 6 on a weekday? Closed all day Saturday?? If you can’t afford to pay your employees a livable wage just close down.
Don't come after me. I got my usual(bmt). While there, an employee made a protein bowl. Subway now has protein bowls.
When you walk into a restaurant and it's dead silent to learn the employees are fighting verbally about not being able to come to terms on what should be playing. There is a problem! Who gave your employees the option on what being played. Seems like bad management. I'm sure sub way has a channel that is expected to play. Not what kind of music the employees want to here. Food was gross. Half our order was wrong and the bread was burnt. Prob due to the employees bickering in the silence of your restaurant. Maybe back round checks would help!
Ordered a 15 dollar sandwich, they wouldn't take my 50 claiming I was the first customer and they couldn't break it. You're telling me you can't break a 50? Won't be back.
Sandwiches were GoodI ordered and Paid online waited until my pick up time... I'm "3" minutes away.I get there, see my order slip on the counter. No sandwiches, No Crowd...The Girl behind the counter picked up the order and said oh this just came in ? "25" minutes earlier my order was confirmed & paid for and I was given a time.So I waited about 15 more minutes while they completed my order. Which literally DEFEATED the Purpose of me ordering online....I Will go to the one on College Ave Next time ?
placed a mobile order through the app for in store pick-up with plenty of time for my order to be made. Picked up on their mobile order rack and once returning to my office found out they only gave me a 6" instead of a 12" that I ordered. Note to self and anyone else, check your order before leaving the store if you order through the app.
