It's a subway... Do you like plain white bread and water? If so you're going to love it I guess.
I did a curbside pickup order. I get there and it won’t let me say that I was there. Fine no big deal. Then I call the number on the door and no one answers and I called multiple times. So then I go in and I’m told that the phones are down. Okay whatever. I get my order and leave, then I start to eat my sandwich and there’s four SEPERATE HAIRS IN MY SANDWICH. like are you kidding me?? I ate half of the sandwich before I noticed it. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot stand this subway. Why are they still in business?
Employees weren’t wearing masks and were rude. Sub sucked and was missing toppings. Worst subway I’ve been too.
Ordered online, definitely paid for chips only to be told by the person behind the counter I did not so I didn’t get what I paid for.Had to wait 10+ minutes because the staff wouldn’t simply grab my online order and hand it to me. They instead made a bunch of other online orders and ignored me.2 people cannot run a lunch rush with online orders. Hire new people, stop allowing online ordering or close the location.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. 3 out of 3 orders I've been shorted some items and sent incorrect items as well. They blame it all on DoorDash, and the manager REFUSES to speak with customers. The staff are rude, and could care less about customer satisfaction - and that's after repeat calls, just trying to get somebody to answer the phone.

Dissapointed ordered online to pick up had ordered a 12" Italian BMT melt sub got charged for it got instett a 6". Same order had a 6" Buffalo Chicken melt got a 12". What doesn't help I had ordered the 12" Italian for a 2 reasons first I do not eat mass production chicken and sub was supposed to be for dinner and lunch at work what apparently didn't happened. As I called this location to let them know and to get my order fixed I was told they are closing and I need to call in the next day, what I have been trying to do for over 1-1 1/2 hours finally someone picks up and without asking in specific what was wrong with the order I get told to come up there!? Serious I just want my money back and that's it. We all are humans and make mistakes but don't ignore the fact it was a mistake and give me a solution and not the run around. First and last time I ordered from there!
Ordered on the app. Picked up curbside. I was told there wasn’t an order for me and I was at the wrong location. I was not. I was looking for a confirmation I could give her and she hung up on me. I went inside and asked if she was the one who hung up on me. She wouldn’t look me in the eye and said they were busy. They had one customer who was being waited on by another employee. I showed her my order and she barely glanced at it. Said she would fill the order and not charge after she tried dismissing me and ignoring me. She then told the other guy working to fix my meal and she would take care of the person he was waiting on. She told him what sandwich to make without even looking at my order. So she had gotten the order. She just hadn’t bothered to fill it. And lied about it. This is the Subway I always use for delivery but not anymore. I only gave it one star because that was the only way to leave a comment. The store wasn’t clean, the sandwich line was out of toppings and dressings and was not clean.
The workers where rude and they where cursing at people when they came throw the door.
