They're super nice here, it can be a little bit of a wait if there r a lot of people in the drive through. Deff worth :)
Just left this location. I know it’s early but I’ve never had a poor experience at Starbucks. Ordered 2 venti iced caramel macchiatos with extra shots in our own cups. I was the only customer in the store and 1 car in drive thru. The employee making the drinks with the pink hair (love the color btw) seemed like it was an inconvenience. She handed me my cups super full but with barely any ice. When I put the lids on coffee went all over and they were too busy talking about needing to get ice then to even notice. I cleaned up my mess and left. Not a bye, have a nice day, nothing. Please work on customer service and how to properly fill cups when screw on lids needs to be put on.
They get my order wrong every single time even though I’m very clear (just a latte). Also they close randomly due to “staffing issues” so that’s annoying.
Great experience. Made our drinks perfect. Recommend the mango dragon fruit refresher sub peach juice add strawberry puree w/ lite ice. Had a birthday cake pop also and it was yummy.
Sat in drive thru line for 30 minutes without even reaching the speakers. I was literally going to be late for work and had to leave without picking up my already paid for mobile order. (Which was marked for inside pickup, only to find out they have the lobby closed.) They also have the phone off the hook so it gives a busy tone, good luck trying to call and speak to a manager for a refund. I now have to contest the charge through my bank or Starbucks headquarters to get a refund. If they're so short staffed they need 30 minutes to serve 5 customers they should just shut the location down.
Consistently closed during hours of operation. Save some time and go somewhere else. Today marks the 5th time I’ve shown up during hours of operation to find the place closed.
This is THE MOST TERRIBLE Starbucks in Fayetteville. I’m a frequent customer and literally every time I come to this location, there is an issue. The staff doesn’t fill the drinks up all the way, they try to make you take someone else’s order if they have the same name as you, they are not attentive, they shut down prior to when they say they are closing, they shut down the lobby which is supposed to be faster if you order on the app, they don’t acknowledge you when to walk in the store… I could go on and on. This location needs some major changes.
I did an uber eats order and when it arrived the coffee wasn't what I even ordered which is weird cause the little tag on it tells me what it's supposed to be and it was definitely not it no Java chips and it tastes like carmal way to start off the new year guys
Great drinks and food. The only thing they need to change is keeping Irish cream year round. It shouldn't be a seasonal thing.
I love their coffee, but I hate that I don’t get what I pay for. My matcha is always 25% foam and when the foam starts to go away it’s definitely not a venti size.
