Worse vanilla latte ever! Had no flavor at all.
I moved to NWA about a year ago, and this place is my favorite. The drinks are always delicious. I always have wonderful interactions with the staff. The drive thru window goes fast even with a long line, and the inside is open, if little vast, and always clean.This is not to detract from the locations on MLK or E Joyce. I've just pack bonded a bit with this particular location.

I love this location! I will pass other Starbucks to go to Township, although I equally love Starbucks on Wedington, it’s just not on my side of town. Township is so fun with my 3 year old. He loves talking to everyone at the drive thru and they know he likes for them to hand him his cake pop directly. Everyone there is always in a great mood and clearly loves their job. I love that a company as big as Starbucks hasn’t lost the importance of great customer service and taking the time to get to know and remember their customers.Also, some of the people jump around to other stores and nothing starts my day better or turns a bad day around like hearing Connor welcome you through the speaker!
Always out of product and discontinued - supposedly- a staple flavor. Price increase with roll out of holiday cups. Kinda a big middle finger to customers who already spend more on a mostly tasteless drink than on lunch.
It’s my birthday and I went to get a drink for free, I even have the app because I did it last year but when I went the girl wouldn’t even help me figure out what to scan so I could use it. I bought my drink still but the way she spoke to me was just unprofessional and rude.

Typical stand alone Starbucks. Everything expected, nothing that's not.
Staff was friendly. Since I mentioned it was my free birthday drink, I was surprised I wasn't wished a happy birthday.
