Took 30 minutes to get a drink and a hamburger. I used the app. I thought it was suppose to be quicker but the drive thru would have been faster. I don't think I will be back.

Was really great. Change in prices just seem to happen, like doubling the price of a cup of ice. I'm 1/4 of a mile from my nearest Sonic, yet the push to app use seems to be their motto rather than just another option. People and service have survived. The feel of Sonic has not.

It's always hit or miss. Half the time our order comes in a timely manner. Other times we wait 20+ minutes for our order. They are always super busy, so I will give them that, but for simple drink orders it's rediculous. Especially after you kindly asked the staff about it 3x and they repeatedly tell you it's on the way.

This location is terrible. The employees are extremely rude and talk badly about customers right in front of them. The guy that takes orders is always extremely short when he talks and has been rude every time we come through. Not very professional to be talking about customers in front of them or to be talking inappropriately. Hope he knows people can hear him. Will not be going back to sonic after the many times we’ve had to deal with his poor attitude and service.

Very slow service every time. I went through the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for an all American hot dog and small coke.

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and someone finally came out to ask us what we ordered and then brought us our food, forgot our card, came back and we explained that we didn’t have forks or napkins or straws and the girl rolls her eyes and stomps off and comes back about 5 mins later. I’m sure they are super understaffed but 0/10 recommend this place

Some employees are so friendly. Some are sooooo rude. And every single time I come here, they repeat my order to me without even bothering to check if what they’re saying is actually even in the bag. Literally EVERY single time I order a soft pretzel twist or two, it is never ever in the bag. And it’s about $6 for two. The amount of money this place has basically stolen from me by not giving me my correct order is ridiculous. And no matter how many times I ask them to please make sure everything is in the bag, “yep it’s all in there” it’s always missing SOMETHING. I guess quality check doesn’t exist here anymore and I feel bad for the good employees here, they deserve better.

They've said they were delivering food but lost the order on multiple occasions. This last time they wouldn't answer the call button again. When I talked with a car hop, she lead with "I'm going to be rude with you...". We're done with this Sonic. The Sonic on College is fantastic.

Ordered through the mobile app at 8:36pm last night. Arrived at store by 8:45pm and they were closed. I am calling today for a reimbursement. I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere causing places to close early. However, if a store is closing early, they should disable online ordering so customers don't waste money, time, and gas.
