“you can’t order that many sauces on the app” “we aren’t allowed to give out that many” that’s funny because i’ve worked at sonic before and it’s never been a problem ?! if you are going to charge extra for sauce don’t ring it up as jalapeños ! for 3 sauces it was $2 lol never coming back to this location
Good experience, but not sure why one of the employees was wearing roller blades when she kept falling over.

I ordered a cake batter shake, thinking OMG, I Can't wait!!! But low and behold, YUCK IS THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF!!!! It's always this way. They make you love something to buy more. Then next year, they disappoint.And this is with every single company out there! Yes I'm talking to all fast food business. Don't sell a product that, next season it's smaller, or not as much, or all the above and cost more. Thankyou.Your american people who keep you in business ???
This place was extremely busy. Sure it was 7 pm but every stall was taken and the drive thru was backed up completely. I ordered 3 LG drinks and received 2 but when I was asked what I was waiting on I told them and they got the other drink. If you're in a hurry don't go here, but food and drinks are good.
I have a hard time giving this sonic any money of mine. I have put them in “time out” for me and my family. I have had such horrible customer service everytime I have came here. Whether it be eye rolls, tongue sucking, or just straight up attitude with responses. Granted, we have encountered the same female employee several times. We have been polite and always get harsh short responses or eyerolls. It may just be her that’s god awful, but dang near everyone else I’ve encountered there has lacked customer service.
Haven't had Sonic food in almost 20 years. The burgers got smaller but still just as good!
All Sonics are awesome, and this is of course no exception. I pretty much solely get cherry limeades, corn dogs and tots. They are always very fast as well.
The app is trash. They will not accommodate you if they mistakingly charge your card. Please be aware that app is through a third party company. I would only say order a drink if you ever so use it anything else you may regret the cost. When they charge your card...
Anna M was the person who accepted our order through the drive thru. We were ordering several drinks (9) for a business event. Anna was asked to label the drinks what they were so we knew what each drink was since there's no way to tell without tasting them and they clearly are going to 9 different people. She said she couldn't do that. No problem! I had a sharpie and asked if she could just tell me which drink was which as she handed them to us so I could write on it myself.We pull up, she begins to hand us our drink as fast as she can. I asked her to hold on just a second so I could write on them as she handed them to us and she said "i don't know which is which"... I told her that was fine and asked for her to bring the person over who made the drinks so I could ask them. Anna said she made the drinks, but she didn't know what was what. 5 out of the 9 drinks are red. How are we supposed to be able to tell which drink is which without tasting them and risking passing COVID? Anna was asked before making the drinks to let us know which was which so we could label them ourselves.It's not a difficult request and the attitude she had the entire time made the experience even more unbearable. She clearly did not care and when I said "I need to know which drink is which so I can give it to the correct person" she responded with "Oh. I can't help with that. have a good day" and shut the window. I mean... Come on... I always do events with Sonic's in the area and I have never experienced anything like this before.
