Savoy is a great shop! The front of the store is primarily their retail section, with a cute variety.pf pots, mugs, and tea paraphernalia for purchase. (Also, there are usually samples of different teas scattered about to try). Towards the back, you have a wall of sample sachets to peruse, each in the three to five dollar range. You can also buy larger quantities of whatever variety yould like, or avail yourself of some tea and goodies in store. In the back are some tables, leading to a great place to come share a pot of tea and some scones with friends.

A delightful place. One can sample and enjoy fresh tea before you purchase your tea. We bought sample packets but you can also buy a tin. Also they have fresh bakery goods to enjoy with your tea if you want to drink it there
Lyla was amazing and made my tea absolutely perfect which made me so happy because I’m quite picky. She helped me understand the different teas and their caffeine levels so I was able to make a good decision and purchase teas that would be good for bedtime, daytime, and chill time. Loved my experience and will be back for some of those exotic teas!
We always have a wonderful experience here and love being able to try samples of their different blends. Today I went in with my daughter and after we left she dropped her tea. We returned to order it again and they made it for her and refused payment. I really appreciate how thoughtful that was and how friendly they are in general.
Such a cute little place and the staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. This place is a must visit. Especially if you love tea.
My daughter introduced me to Savoy. I fell in love with Paris Morning. She loves Pumpkin Muffin. There are so many others I can't wait to try; such as Braveheart & Duchess Grey.

Worker with the pixie cut was extremely rude to coworkers. She gave me okay customer service, but it felt very fake listening to what she had to say to others. She also made my drink incorrectly. Would not return, I feel bad for rest of the staff that work there as they were all extremely kind.
